The following events are
HWA approved. To get your event approved, please fill out the correct
form at the bottom.

If you're interested
in hosting an HWA approved show you've come to the right place. We're
always looking for people to host shows as we'd like to give our members
as many chances as possible to show off their fine equines. Here are the
guidelines: -You must have a place to host the show. Main barns, private
barns, and mini-barns are all appropriate. If you don't have your own
barn you could e-mail your barn owner or a friend who does.
- Your show must include
the ENTIRE HWA classlist. You may have other classes at your show, but
entrants will not receive HWA points for these classes. It's a good
idea to note this on your show information page when you submit it.
List the classes that are not HWA approved under the "other"
section on the form or put a star next to them and define what that
means.
- You must not have any
HL suspensions for late show results, fraudulent shows, or cheating
on show results.
- HWA classes in your show
may not cost more than $5.00 each. Two dollars of this will go to you
and the other three to the HWA treasury. Office fees, etc. are totally up
to you for your show. After your results are done you'll need to e-mail
Liberty with the amount of money the HWA will receive.
- If you reschedule or
cancel the show for any reason you must e-mail Liberty as soon as you
know.
- All HWA Show Rules must
apply to your show also.
To
get your event approved, please fill out the following form. If it is
a show and the classlist is not close to the HWA classlist, the show will
not be approved.
