Questions

    One of the most popular types of interview questions is called behavioral questions. Behavioral Questions ask you to describe actual examples of work or other actives which demonstrate they have successfully mastered or had sufficient experience with a particular set of skills.
    In other words, the interviewer is asking you if you have certain skills they are looking for. Your task is to provide through examples or two that you have in a different or similar context. The key is that the recruiter is looking to discover what type of person you are by exposing your values, integrity and maturity in your examples and how you communicate with them.

The following is a listing of different questions. Try to answer each one, using an example of past experiences in your answer.
 
 

Describe a situation where you had a disagreement/conflict with a co-worker. How did you go about it? What was the outcome? If a similar situation arose how would you deal with it?

What aspects of your last position would you like to avoid in your next position?

Tell me about your experiences in public or group speaking?

Tell me about a difficult customer that you had to deal with. How did you handle this situation?

Tell me of a time where you were forced into a team of people which you did not know, and you were able to contribute to the group in developing cohesiveness.

Tell me about a time you received an assignment with an unclear objective. How did you proceed?

Give me an example of how you were able to present two opposing sides of an argument which allowed the audience to come to their own conclusions.

What do you think separates you from your co-workers?

Where do you expect to be in five years? What are your long-term career goals?

Tell me a specific problem, and how you were proactive.

What are some recent examples of things you have done to foster creativity in work related situations?

Tell me about a situation where you had to persuade another person to accept your point of view. What did you do? Were you successful?

What type of work environment do you prefer/dread?

Which do you think is more important speed or accuracy?

Tell me about a time when you had to meet a challenging goal or objective that had been set for you.

What things have you done in pervious positions which have been a source of pride?

In what situations would you feel restless/board?

If you could start your career again, what would you do differently?

Do you have somebody who could replace if you were promoted tomorrow? How did you develop that individual?
