Island? I must be in the wrong place, I thought this was a website...

No no, this is a website alright; the lack of water is a dead giveaway. The name [greyfire island] stems from the same place as the now-infamous Ascendancy Island. Both were originally part of the Pacifica Project, whose development history was something akin to that of Ascendancy Island itself (ie. rather chaotic and doesn't really get anywhere  ), leading to the project's official mothballing in 2000. To answer your question; it just is. Because I say so, that's why.

And "greyfire" signifies what exactly?

Well "grey" obviously stems from the fact that I am the Grey Knight, and "fire" because... err... I'm so hot(!)

Okay, but is it actually going to be completed in my lifetime?

Originally I would have said "You have got to be kidding me!", but look; I finished it! No-one is more surprised than me; the Island has gone through 3 years of development, and about twice as many redesigns.

How often do you update it?
|
|
Whenever (a) Something noteworthy happens, or (b) I can be bothered.
