Seravi and Dorothy celebrated the birth of their twins, Koun and Kujitsu. Seravi and Dorothy realize that their children are special, and have strong magical abilities. Koun, a boy, has blond hair like his mother's natural hair color, and Kujitsu, a girl, has Seravi's green hair.

Meanwhile, the whole kingdom is celebrating the event, and a National Holiday is proclaimed. Everyone visits the couple, Cha Cha, Riiya, Shinne, Yakko who was crying because she always hoped that Seravi and Dorothy would divorce and Marine who is still hung up on Riiya. Even Teacher Rascal and Principle Urara are there.

Suddenly a mysterious ninja appears and everyone is surprised, Riiya attacks the Ninja but misses when the ninja jumps and lands on Riiya's fist. She takes off the mask and it is Suzu.

In an old inn, the evil twins, Ran Ran and Can Can, hear about Seravi's twin children and conclude that these twins would become very powerful magicians, better than them. They are jealous of the new twins in the magical realm, claiming to be the original magical twins, they decide that they must kidnap Seravi's children.

The whole day Seravi's and Dorothy's friends present them with gifts, Shiine presents the children with a toy car that runs on magic.

Suzu then presents her gift, a magical horn.

Yakko gave her present next. It was a few bottles of baby food.

Yakko starts fantasizing.

Yakko's eyes are giant hearts.

Shiine and Cha Cha start pushing Yakko out of the way.

Seravi laughs uncomfortably.

Marine gave them a coral necklace for Kujitsu, and a squid sword for Koun. The squid sword looked like a giant squid on a handle, and the squid was still moving.

Riiya presented his gift to them. They unwrapped the gift and took out a giant dog dish with the children's names on it.

Seravi whispered to Dorothy.

Finally Cha Cha gave them her gift. They opened it to reveal a nice toy elephant.

Cha Cha presented the elephant toy to the children, and with one look Kujitsu created a real elephant. Koun made it disappear. Seravi and Dorothy realize that their children are very powerful magicians. That night, as Dorothy and Seravi are preparing to sleep, they hear Koun and Kujitsu are crying. Dorothy sings a lullaby and Seravi and Dorothy share a romantic moment. After the children are asleep, Seravi and Dorothy stand in their bedroom. 

Seravi: You are a wonderful mother. 

Dorothy blushes. 

Dorothy: I am? 
Elizabeth: Yes, but you sing like a mother hen. 

Dorothy explodes. 

Dorothy: Ngangagnagnagnagna...[with pointed teeth chomping] 

Just outside the castle, Dorothy's voice can be heard. Ran Ran and Can Can are waiting by the bushes and scale the castle wall. They make it up to the children's bedroom and see Koun and Kujitsu sleeping there peacefully. Ran Ran and Can Can take out a sack and are about to kidnap the children when Kujitsu wakes up and makes the elephant appear. Ran Ran and Can Can are shocked and try to get rid of the elephant, but they cannot. The elephant chases them around the room, left to right, right to left. Koun wakes up and sees the elephant and makes it float. Now a floating elephant chased Ran Ran and Can Can around the room, left to right, right to left. Ran Ran and Can Can finally jumped out the window where the elephant was too huge to fit through. Just at that moment, Seravi opened the door and saw the floating elephant trying to get out of the window and made it disappear. 

Seravi: Now children, go to sleep. 

The children eventually fell asleep. The next morning, Ran Ran and Can Can woke up in their room. Can Can had a huge bandage around his head, and Ran Ran had a plaster around her swollen cheek. 

Can Can: Ooo, those darn children. 
Ran Ran: We must get rid of them, Can Can. 
Can Can: Yes, but how Ran Ran? 
Ran Ran: Maybe if we gave them a present. 
Can Can: What kind of present? 

Can Can and Ran Ran think long and hard. 

Can Can: Hmmm... 
Ran Ran: Hmmm... 
Can Can and Ran Ran: Hmmm... 
Ran Ran: I know. We could make them fall into a deep sleep. Then we can kidnap them easily. 
Can Can: Yes, but how are we going to do that? 
Ran Ran: Hmmm... 
Can Can: Hmmm... 
Ran Ran and Can Can: Hmmm... 

Cha Cha is seated down in the war room, where her father and her grandfather are standing in front of a huge map of the land. She is bored and looked over at Riiya who is seated nearby is hungry. Shinne is standing beside him. 

Grandfather: Cha Cha, the enemy is attacking from the north. Your troops are here in the west and here in the east. What do you do? 
Cha Cha: Hmmm... 
Father: Cha Cha, pay attention. This is very important. 
Cha Cha: We attack the enemy from the east and the west. 
Riiya: Yeah, now we can eat. 

Shinne hits Riiya on the head, causing a swelling. 

Grandfather: Cha Cha, when do you give the order to attack? 
Riiya: I know! 
Grandfather: Yes Riiya? 
Riiya: Lunchtime! 

Shinne hits Riiya on the head again, causing another swelling. 

Shinne: Actually, you should give the order to attack when they are in the valley. 
Grandfather: Very accurate Shinne. Now Cha Cha, why can't you... 

They looked round and saw Cha Cha was no longer seated at her place. Instead she was standing on the balcony, looking outside the castle walls. Her father came to stand beside her. 

Father: What is wrong, dear? 
Cha Cha: Hmmm... Father, I miss all my friends. I want to go out and play with them. 
Father: I know Cha Cha, but the future of the kingdom is in your hands. We need to prepare you so you can rule. 
Cha Cha: But I don't want to rule. 
Father: Come now Cha Cha. You are tired that's all. Besides, that's all the lessons for today. 

The king left Cha Cha standing there. Shiine came to stand beside her. 

Shiine: Cha Cha. 
Cha Cha: Shiine, what is going on outside? 
Shiine: Nothing. Just the same old things. 
Riiya: Isn't Seravi supposed to visit us? 

Cha Cha's mood brightened. 

Cha Cha: Teacher Seravi is coming? 
Riiya: I hope he brings hot cakes! 
Shiine: Teacher Seravi and Miss Dorothy are busy with their children. I don't know if they can come. 
Riiya: Ramen... 
Cha Cha: Oh... he's not coming... 
Riiya: Chocolate cake... 
Shiine: Will you be quiet!!! 

Shiine hits Riiya with a giant fist. The giant fist disappears in a puff of smoke. 

Shiine: Cha Cha... 
Riiya: Cha Cha, we can all sneak out and visit Seravi. 

Cha Cha looked overjoyed. 

Cha Cha: Yeah, let's do it. 

Cha Cha's mother and father were talking on the balcony. Her grandfather was there too. 

Grandfather: Maybe you are too hard on Cha Cha. She is after all only a girl. 
Father: I know but she is also the princess. She must learn to rule. 
Mother: Yes, but you know Cha Cha has not been raised as a princess, so she misses her friends. 
Father: Yes, I know... 
Grandfather: Maybe we should let her visit Seravi. 
Father: I don't know. 
Mother: I think that's an excellent idea, I think Cha Cha misses Seravi most of all. 

The three of them saw three figures on brooms flying off from the castle. The two boys were on one, and a girl was on the other, Cha Cha.

Mother: Let her go. She is going to visit Seravi.

Yakko was walking with her basket filled with mushrooms. She saw Seravi and Dorothy's castle and started fantasizing again. 

Yakko: Oh Seravi, my prince, that witch doesn't deserve you. You'll never be happy with her. I am the woman of your dreams. I'll be the perfect wife. 

Yakko's eyes were big and happy, when suddenly she heard a sound. She took out a potion and threw it at the bushes. 

Yakko: Hiiya, take that! 

A black shadow jumped out of the bushes and caught the potion before it even touched her. The shadow landed and looked up at Yakko. 

Suzu: Hello Yakko. 
Yakko: Suzu! What's the big idea frightening me like that? 
Suzu: I'm sorry, Yakko. I was... 
Yakko: Let me guess, you want to visit Seravi's kids? Maybe learn how to take care of children for Shiine? 

Suzu started blushing. 

Suzu: Shiine...? 
Yakko: Hehehe...you can't fool me Suzu. Come on, let's visit Seravi's children. 

Yakko and Suzu walk towards the castle. Back at the inn, Can Can jumped up. 

Can Can: I've got it! 
Ran Ran: What is it brother? 
Can Can: We can give them diapers! 

There was a silence. Nobody moved. 

Ran Ran: Diapers? 
Can Can: Yes, and we can put sleeping powder in it. 
Ran Ran: You don't put powder in diapers, stupid! You put it on the baby! 
Can Can: Well, it's the best plan yet. 
Ran Ran: Sleeping powder? Hmm... I think it can work. Brother, you are a genius. 

Yakko and Suzu arrive at Seravi's and Dorothy's castle. They hear a loud noise coming from inside. 

Yakko: I wonder what they are doing inside. 
Suzu: Maybe if we ring the doorbell... 
Yakko: No, it must be that witch Dorothy mistreating my Seravi. My prince, I will avenge you. 

Just then the castle doors flung open and a stream of elephants stampeded out, crushing Yakko and causing Suzu to jump away. Suzu looks at the hole Yakko was trampled into. 

Suzu: Yakko! Are you okay? 

Yakko gets up from the hole looking dizzy. 

Yakko: I think I'm going to be sick. 

Yakko faints. 

Suzu: Yakko! 

Inside the castle, Seravi, Dorothy and their children are being protected by a force field. The castle garden is in ruins because of the elephant stampede. Seravi makes the force field disappear. Dorothy was carrying the babies. 

Dorothy: I don't see why you have to give up your title as World's greatest magician, Seravi. 
Seravi: Because Dorothy, I have everything I ever need, a beautiful wife and 2 wonderful children. Besides, you can see how powerful the children are, we need to spend most of our time teaching them how to use magic. 
Dorothy: I still think you shouldn't just give it away. 

The herd of elephants, seen as a giant dust storm were heading back to the castle. They rush back into the castle and are about to stomp the family when Seravi turns and gestures. 

Seravi: Elephants away! All the elephants disappear. 
Seravi: Dorothy, my love. Being the world's greatest magician isn't everything. I have learnt that it is who you love that makes you happy. 
Dorothy: Oh Seravi... 

The children start crying. 

Elizabeth: I think you need to change their diapers again, Seravi. 

Suddenly, a puff of smoke appeared in front of Seravi and Dorothy. Ran Ran and Can Can appeared with a stall, selling their special baby powder. There was carnival music playing. 

Can Can: Presenting the newest innovation in baby care products. 
Ran Ran: With a special one time only offer. 
Can Can: It's incredible... 
Ran Ran: It's fantastic... 
Can Can and Ran Ran: It's Ran Ran and Can Can's baby powder! 

Question marks appeared above Seravi's and Dorothy's heads. Ran Ran whispered to her brother. 

Ran Ran: They don't seem to understand. 
Can Can: Maybe we should ask to give them a demonstration. 

Ran Ran announced loudly. 

Ran Ran: We are happy to give you a demonstration on how our products work. 
Can Can: And we will give you a special discount for all our products here today. 
Seravi: Well I suppose it can't hurt. 
Dorothy: Right Seravi. Maybe we can... 
Yakko: Hold it right there! 

Everyone turned to see Yakko and Suzu at the door. Ran Ran and Can Can began to look worried. Yakko and Suzu might recognize them. 

Seravi: Hello Yakko, Suzu. 
Yakko: Oh my prince Seravi. Reduced to buying baby powder from door-to-door salesmen. Has that witch been mistreating you? 
Dorothy: What witch?! 
Yakko: Don't pretend like you don't know what you're doing. 

Seravi laughed nervously. He had no idea what was going on. 

Elizabeth: Yakko, we were just listening to these two salesmen who were trying to sell us baby powder... 

Everyone turned towards Ran Ran and Can Can and was surprised. Ran Ran and Can Can were wearing the fake glasses with nose and mustache disguise. 

Can Can: Now for the demonstration. 
Ran Ran: We require a volunteer baby. 

Suzu talked quietly to herself. 

Suzu: Those voices, they sound familiar. 
Can Can: Can we demonstrate on one of the babies, madam? 
Dorothy: Oh, err... 
Ran Ran: We promise to take care of all our customers. 
Dorothy: Err... okay. 

She set Koun on the diaper-changing table. Ran Ran and Can Can grinned evil grins. 

Can Can: Now we need to prepare a fresh diaper. 
Ran Ran: And remove the old diaper. 

They did that and Koun was lying down on his back. They took out their special baby sleeping powder and were about to put it on Koun, when Suzu shouted out. 

Suzu: Ahah! I know where I've heard you before! 

Ran Ran and Can Can were shocked. 

Suzu: You were the ones that turned me into a wombat and Yakko into a pig. 
Yakko: You two! 
Ran Ran and Can Can: Oh no! We've been found out! 

Yakko took out one of her potions and swung it to throw. 

Yakko: Now have a taste of my special Animal Changing X-potion! 

Yakko threw the bottle towards Ran Ran and Can Can. The bottle hit Can Can but didn't break. A giant bruise appeared out of his head. 

Can Can: Ouch! 
Ran Ran: You can't hurt us, not while we have the baby... 

They looked down at the diaper-changing table and Koun was gone. They looked up and saw him floating towards his sister. Can Can and Ran Ran try and grab the baby, but Koun floated out of reach. Ran Ran had an idea. She grabbed the bottle of baby sleeping powder and threw it at Seravi and his family but it never got there. Suzu cut the bottle in half, causing the contents to spill and be exposed in the air. 

Ran Ran: Haha... that is a special sleeping powder, now that the powder is released you all will be sleeping. 
Suzu: Oh no! 

The powder hits all of them and they become drowsy. When all of them are asleep, Can Can takes Kujitsu, and Ran Ran picks up Koun. They are about to leave when all of a sudden they hear a voice. 

Cha Cha: Teacher Seravi! Teacher Seravi! 
Shiine: Teacher Dorothy! 
Riiya: Ramen! 

Their eyes finally focus on Ran Ran and Can Can carrying the babies. 

Shiine: Oh no! They are trying to kidnap teacher Dorothy's and teacher Seravi's children. 
Cha Cha: Huh...? Oh no, we must stop them. 
Riiya: Transform! 

Riiya turned into his wolf form and jumped down from the broom. He confronted the evil twins. 

Riiya: Hey I know you! You turned us all into animals last time. 
Can Can: Get away you stupid dog! 
Riiya: Hey, I'm not a dog, I'm a wolf. 

Riiya attacked them, but Ran Ran was faster in pulling out a plate of cookies. Riiya couldn't resist and was eating the cookies in front of them. Ran Ran patted Riiya's head. 

Ran Ran: There be a good dog and there will be more. 

Shiine jumped down and challenged the twins next. 

Shiine: You won't get rid of me that easy! I am the powerful magician Shiine, Teacher Dorothy's student. I demand you return her children. 
Ran Ran: Long-winded kid aren't you. 
Can Can: Let's see if we can get rid of you. 

Can Can grabbed Riiya by the tail and swung him around, releasing him towards Shiine. Riiya turned back to boy form and hit Shiine head on. Riiya was knocked out, and Shiine was dizzy and held up a peace sign. 

Shiine: Beautiful stars... 
Cha Cha: Oh no! Riiya! Shiine! 

Cha Cha hopped down from her broom. The broom disappeared in a puff of smoke. 

Can Can: Now for you brat. 
Cha Cha: Who are you calling brat? Ooh, let me show you my magic... 

Cha Cha used the Crescent Aurora Bracelet 

Cha Cha: Crescent Aurora Bracelet! Magic Boomerang! The magic boomerang made a floating elephant materialize in mid air. Everyone's eyes were wide with surprise looking up at the elephant. The floating elephant chased Can Can and Ran Ran around the castle. Suddenly, Can Can tripped and Ran Ran fell over him. The elephant disappeared but the babies were thrown into the air. Cha Cha, Can Can and Ran Ran shouted together. 

Cha Cha, Ran Ran and Can Can: Oh no! 

The babies floated slowly through the air until they were safely back in Dorothy's arms. The gang had already recovered from the sleeping potion, and Seravi used his magic to save the children. 

Seravi: As for you two. 

A huge blue glow started growing behind Seravi. He was preparing his magic to use on Can Can and Ran Ran. Can Can and Ran Ran covered their faces. The blue glow died away and both of them looked up again. They were not in the castle anymore, but were seated on a rock. They looked around and saw the beautiful sky and sea around. They are on a deserted island. Can Can decided to take a swim but when he reached near the water, a giant shark raised his head showing off his sharp teeth. Can Can and Ran Ran screamed. 

Back at the castle, the gang looked at the two babies. The babies were sleeping peacefully. Seravi and Dorothy smiled. 

Seravi: Thank you for your help everyone. 
Cha Cha: Oh that was nothing. I was coming to visit you... 

Yakko flying kicked Cha Cha away from Seravi. Cha Cha looked dizzy as she was kicked. 

Yakko: Oh Seravi, my prince. Just call my name and I will come to you. 

Cha Cha came back and tried to push Yakko away. 

Shiine: I'm glad everyone is safe. 

Suzu tugged at Shiine's robe. 

Suzu: Oh Shiine, you're so sensitive. 
Riiya: Yes, now we can eat! 
Shiine: Is that all you can think about, doggie? 

Shiine's and Riiya's voices could be heard from outside the castle, ending when it showed the beautiful sky.
