Although life is full of challanges and problems that you have to deal with yourself, you often worry about what those around you think of you. But if you realize that it doesn't matter what most people think about you, then you should be fine. Here's the important part.

It doesn't matter what anybody thinks about you unless you care about them, aka: you, family & friends, Because if you don't care about them, they're not going to make a major difference in your life. But if you care about them they will, in some way, maybe they will just be a shoulder to cry on or somebody to play in basketball to take your mind off things, or they might save your life, but they will change it in some way. But if it is just some popular person at school that you hardly even know, then there is virtually no use caring what they think, because if you have to be somebody that you're not to make them happy and make yourself be popular then when you get older you won't benefit from that experience at all. But if you are yourself and you are unpopular then you will learn something important for your future in the real world, and although it wasn't pleasent it was usefull, were as being somebody that you'r not to be popular may be pleasent, but in the future, will only screw you over.
