About The Ranks

The ranks at our guild can be earned by activeness. If you are active and in the guild for a long(er) time, your rank will be increased. Here is a list of all ranks and how to earn them.

Ranks

I. Faerie Kau - all members start here
II. Faerie Kacheek
III. Faerie Kyrii
IV. Faerie Zafara
V. Faerie Poogle - Highest member rank.

Then the council:
I. Faerie Usul - The Leader
II. Faerie Aisha - Free
III. Faerie Ixi - Free
IV. Faerie Lupe - Free
V. Faerie Kougra - Free

How to earn a rank

You don't get a rank by asking or begging. I am the only one who incrased the ranks or lower them. If you want to be on the council, you must read the council page first, and then apply. But only if there is a position free.

There are many guild who have a ranking system based by the amound of messages you post. I don't say that this is wrong, but I don't like those systems. That's because you can be an active member, but you can always come online when no one is online (due the time difference). So that's why I have a different ranking system for this guild:

All members start at the Faerie Kau rank. To incrase your rank, you must be active, post a lot, donate to the guild, and you can be active in a job ring. You can also give ideas for the guild to me.
This is the same to get other ranks.
The Faerie Poogle Rank is the highest rank. Only those who are very very active and show interest in the guild can get this rank. People of this rank can also be on the sub-council. They deserve a council position, but those are taken.

You can also lower your rank. This is just to be unactive, rude or have broken any of the rules. Also if you are a council member, you can get your rank lowered to Faerie Poogle if you aren't active. So everyone, please stay active! If you are going away for a few weeks, please tell me before you go. Also, if you can't get online for 2-7 days, don't worry. If you can't get online because of school (homework etc) or personal problems, your rank won't be lowered either. Also, if your rank is lowered and you were away but forgot to tell (or computer crased or something) just tell me after that and you will get your rank/council position back again.
