A. For Center Punch:

Centering the Toolbit.

Toolbit Facing Operation.

B. For Key / Keyway:

Measuring the workpiece.

Mounting to the Machinist Vise.

This is the series of reciprocating motion to produce the

plane surface of the workpiece.

Drilling a hole for slotting and keyway operation.

C. For Wood Blank Gear:

Tools for Woodlathe Operation.

The equipment.

Indicate and punch the markings on the workpiece.

Slot marking on one side and drill a hole on the other side.

Mounting the workpiece.

Pencil mark the correct distances on the workpiece.

Use the correct tools in forming the shape of the blank gear.

Measure for accuracy of the sizes.
