Benma's Spring Splash II

Finally, The Ben has come back to...?

Wait a sec, this page is supposed to be about where he's been and his recollections!

Error...sterilize...wait...

...Just click the bar on the left or on the space below while I try to reboot this page...

SDCC 1998: Benma and Cosplay Collide
Okay, I think we're back to normal (whatever that is.)
San Diego Comic Convention was the first Con I attended to cosplay, and did I ever get addicted.
From the AGSMA site, you will be able to read the South Wars script, download it's audio, see the pictures (yes, there are MORE of me cross-dressed!!) as well as read the CHRONICLES.

SDCC 1999: The Age of Costume Revision
The second time around, I actually knew what I was doing.
Not that it helped much ;) This time it was the Saotome Family Feud, meaning that Ran-Chan Version 2.0 was going to debut...ON STAGE!! OH YEAH!!

2000: The Age of Benma's Costume Explosion

AX 2000
My first Anime Expo...and quite an affair to remember, although some parts I could have done without.

SDCC 2000
A lot of lessons were learned this convention, but the best part of convention was getting my Ranma 1/2 #1 signed by the creator herself, Takahashi Rumiko. I also added 3 debut costumes this convention, bringing this year's total to 5 new costumes, more than doubling the previous total. You can click directly to my SDCC 2K Diary by clicking HERE

2001: The Age Benma Becomes an Icon

ANIME EXPO 2001
This Anime Expo went a lot better than the first (mostly because I didn't drive so there was no possible way my car could break down.) Costuming-wise, no walkarounds was the key. Well enough with the teaser, just click it already! You can click directly to my AX 2K1 Diary by clicking HERE

CCI:SD 2001
Achieving icon status by being a can of spam...you have to see/read it to believe it. The CCI:SD 2001 Journals are just a click away...

2002: The Age of Encore Presentations

ANIME EXPO 2002
The first Expo I've attended where I didn't cosplay, but I more than made up with it in DDR and by becoming staff. Well, you can read all about it in my AX 2002 Journal

CCI:SD 2002
Comic Con 2002...Moon Sync part 2...creepy, I know. But the if the first was a hit, the second knocked everyone's socks off. You can read my CCI:SD 2002 Journals if I ever write and post them...

2003: The Age of Flagship Tidus

ANIME EXPO 2003
You CAN be AX staff AND manage to cosplay at the same time. It's getting into the Exhibit Hall that requires some work. But you can read all about it in my AX 2003 Journal.

SAN DIEGO COMIC CON 2003
Best convention ever. One Ring Circus and the best Masquerade Ever. "TOO SEXY TIDUS"!!!!! JOURNALS, NOW!

This is a little piece of work I did to promote South Wars:
