FOR THOSE CANINE
FAMILY GET-TOGETHERS!!
Imagine those Doggies gathered round the picnic table arguing over the last piece!!
2 cups Cake Flour
1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup of Water
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Knead on a lightly floured surface. Spray a regular sized, 12 inch pizza pan with nonstick spray.
Spread the dough to the edges of the pan, forming a lip around the ends. Set aside for a bit.
SAUCE AND TOPPINGS
1 Can of diced Tomatoes, drained
1 small can of Tomato Sauce
1 tblsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2/3 Cup of cooked Rice
1/2 Cup of Bacon Treats, Chopped
Spread the tomato sauce over the crust you have set aside. Sprinkle with the diced tomato, minced garlic, cheese, and spices.
Cut the pizza into slices with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle the rice evenly over the pizza.
Return to oven and bake an additional 25 minutes.
Yields one 12 inch Pizza..serve when cooled.
