Vortex Magic:

Vortex Science and Magic

Not much to say at the moment...than again, the material by John Walker in "Anti-Gravity and the Unified Feild" edited by David Hatcher Childress, in connection with the rest of the material here might say it all... (Rex Research by the way points out a finished version of Einstien's Unified Feild Theory from Prussian science journals for the period 1925-1927 and cites New York Times, Jan. 12, 1929 in reference to it. )

I mean why shouldn't all UFO's have a vortice going, maybe, as does the one in his illustration. (It may be a peculiarity of mass displacement?)... in which case, the design by Wachpress, as it finds applications in magic... you get the idea, right?

But there are interesting examples in the article as well: "The Vortex Arena" by John Walker pages 35-90. His address is given as Delta-K, address & publishers of the book on Pyramid Energy on the Tutankhamen page, as well as a very striking book on Alchemy-Homeopathy, where there is also much Egyptian-related material.

The illustration from Walker's chapter, at left, of a "UFO" kicking up a vortex while flying over water might be written off as an incidental tailwind effect of the spin of a craft or its components. The illustration at right, however (by J. Mason Valentine; it appears in Charles Berlitz's "Bermuda Triangle" book amongst other places), corroborates this effect and shows the true, unmistakable extent that it may assume.

Maybe the vortex that Paralastor wasps seem to use as their blueprint for nest building in Rupert Sheldrakes book should not be overlooked here...)

(The authors in this genera are credited with saying "Superconductors will turn physics into metaphysics"... and I still agree...)

Still, aspects of the same feature continue to be a recurring theme: from a whirldwind who gave Coyote a run for his money to the uncharacteristic gloating and Sphinx-like, riddling God in the Bible who appears as a whirlwind or vortex, to the the fabulous Ink Drop Experiment publicized by physicist David Bohm which shows reversibility of forces of dispersion and disintegration.

This version of Bohm's ink drop experiment in which not a drop of ink, but a thread of ink reaching from surface to the bottom of the cylinder is destroyed and then reconstructed simply with the turn of the handle, is acknowleged as relating to energetic rather than mechanical versions of time reversal experiments by its actual appearance in Irwin Hahn's article in "Scientific American" magazine on "Atomic Memory"!

The myth of the God of the Egyptians, Khem or Khemnu, who created the universe on a potters wheel thinly veiling a keen and ancient understanding of the realtionship between spiralling forces and the formative powers of the very universe, at least ten thousand years before inventor Nikola Tesla talked about planets forming and creating planets from "the ether" via "aether whirls" (see: "Antigravity and the Unified Feild", David Hatcher Childress, ed; Adventures Unlimited, pg 44-45, "Tesla Discusses Ether":)

(from The New York Times, April 21, 1908, pg. 5, column 6; "How The Electrician's Lamp Of Aladdin May Contruct New Worlds":)

"Every ponderable atom is differentiated from a tenuous fluid, filling all space merely by spinning motion, as a whirl of water in a calm lake. By being set in movement this fluid, the ether, becomes gross matter. It's movement arrested, the primary substance reverts to it's normal state.

It appears, then, possible for man through harnessed energy of the medium and suitable agencies for starting and stopping aether whirls to cause matter to form and disappear. At his command, almost without effort on his part, old worlds would vanish and new ones would spring into being. He could alter the size of this planet, control its seasons, adjust its distance from the sun, guide it on its eternal journey along any path he might choose, though the depths of the universe. He could make planets collide and produce his suns and stars, his heat and light, he could originate life in all its infinite forms. To cause at will the birth and death of matter would be man's grandest deed, which would make him the master of physical creation, make him fufill his ultimate destiny."

Tesla, a fabulous genius, who invented many of the appliances and inventions we take for granted today (and probably invented the lightbulb-- as well as the radio-- without receiving credit) may be ahead of his time as usual, but certainly it seems even easier to cause these forces to participate in the re-arrangement of matter from unusuable forms and materials into the forms and materials needed to sustain life.

A related development may be one which gives cause to suspend ridicule of pagans and witches and so forth who incorporate spiral motions into their practices, or those who observe similar concerns in working with auras, chakras or similar aspects of alternative healing, such as outlined in the works of Dr. Christopher Hills.

An experiment showed that the direction of the stirring motion could determine the chirality, or configuration of the same given atoms, in a solution of calcium chlorate: Autocatalytic Processes in Mixing Flows .

Just to let the mind wander with this and David Bohm's Ink Drop Experiment... turn the handle the other way and the ink drop in glycerine is recreated. That's your granny run over by a steam roller. Where's "the big handle" to recreate her? Maybe the Whirlwind knows. Maybe it's the "big handle" that is out there even now causing clouds of gas and debris to form into galaxies, maybe it comes knocking as a smaller projection of itself that is emitted by a resonant cavity, over which Paralastor wasps fashion thier nests, showing the properties appropriate and expected for such a hologram...

There is strong correlation between the context of many magickal rituals and what we would expect to come of the application of vortex effects.

Is this the ancient Egyptians' way of telling us exactly the same thing as the diagram of Paralastor wasp nests-that any cavity can give rise to winding, vorticular effects? The exception, of course is that the doubled sections of the snake seem to be even more explicit about the inherent potentials of such effects to participate in the doubling- the duplication- of objects by materialization.

This is of course not all the science we can find that seems to pertain to standard "arcane" concepts. In addition to the observations of the effect of the direction of stirring on certain substances, and a hoard of provocative pagan superstitions about chemical processes like the coagulation of butter, Scientist Nicolai A. Kozyrev's experimental study of the properties of time includes the following observation about the chirality of molecules and their effects on his experiments:

"The asymmetrical torsion balances described proved to be a successful design. The calculated angle of their turning under the effect of additional forces of the time pattern should be of the order of 14ø. In the case of a contactless effect over a distance, we obtained large deflections, which reached the indicated value. In these tests, as in the previous ones, we once again observe the discrete state of the stable deflections with a power of one fourth of the full effect: i.e., 3ø5.

The processes causing deflection of the weights were most varied: heating of the body; burning of an electric tube; cooling of a previously heated body; the operation of an electrical battery, closed through resistance; the dissolving of various salts in water; and even the movement of a man's head. A particularly strong effect is exerted by nonstationary processes: e.g., the blinking of an electric bulb. Owing to the processes occurring near the weights and in nature, the weights behave themselves very erratically. Their zero point often becomes displaced, shifting by the above-indicated amounts and interfering considerably with the observations. It turned out that the balances can be shielded, to a considerable extent, from these influences by placing near them an organic substance consisting only of right-handed molecules: for example, sugar. The left-handed molecules -- e.g., turpentine -- evidently cause the opposite effect.

In essence, the tests conducted demonstrate that it is possible to have the influence through time of one process upon another. In reality, the appearance of forces turning the torsion balances alters the potential energy of the balances. Therefore, in principle, there should take place a change in any physical process which is associated with them."

Vorticular motion is also getting to be known as the signature of planetary masses and possible hyperspatial energies as predicable nodal points, as scientist Richard Hoagland has derived, apparently not so much from the workings of modern physics, before he derived these conclusions from the coordinates, geometry, and numerical messages of the "Face on Mars" and the accompanying anomalous structures, as well as their repeated physical proofs throughout the solar system.

Likewise, items from myth and lore such as the Cornucopia or Magic Pots seem to display these considerations. They come replete with the hopes and ideals we would come to associate with them: the magical providence of inexhaustable supplies of food.

Maybe the circular motion in question will turn out to be the spinor coherer said by some to be a unifying feature or common denominator of Relativity and Quantum Mechanics. Or perhaps the vortices might better identified as Quantum or Fractional Quantum Singularities. Maybe in the holographic universe there is little for the feild blueprints Paralastor wasps use (above)to be to correspond to Ioan Dumitrescu's electrographic (electronographic) imaging showing a smaller image in the hole, than a smaller double of a black hole. (image at left)

This can make a mere circle or hole in the ground a remarkable phenomenon from physics, and the association with corroborative magickal ideas may be readily seen. Such onstructs may have significant properties as black body resonators or recieving resonant cavities to serve in materialization; note how ancient legends surrounding magickal cauldrons seem to concur implicitly.

Likewise, references regarding rituals of indigenous peoples refer to circular motions, in the form of dance, in regards to some probably much underrated fructification or agricultural fertility rituals. Many ceremonials contain all of the necessary elements to harness this vorticular motion into miraculous plant growth or materialization provided they are precisely applied or correctly aided.

Although they may never have practiced or perfected such an art, certain native peoples nonetheless also included spiral or vorticular motions into their rituals which seem to commemorate insights from contemplating the possibility of transmographication, or shapeshifting.

While such a possibility for living things is frightening, and may not even be a possibility because of various factors, the possibility of transmographication of useless articles into new and usable ones may indeed be not only possible, but relatively simple with a few concise insights.

The circular motion could likewise be magnetic feild rotation from unpaired polar systems like the magnetic levitator of Howard Wachpress, which seems to bear such an uncanny resemblance to the ancient magick mirror and time camera designs, some of whose markings also assert that their magnetic powers are to be affiliated with the physics principles of miraculous plant growth and materialization. The ancient Egyptian accounts of Khem suggests no less than altering the rate of biological processes and their organization through the application of circular or vorticular motion.

And all of these names, ultimately, and perhaps many more, could describe the same thing.

A stunning peice from 17th century Iraq. While it upholds traditional mythological concepts such as those that can also be found in India, it may be a remarkable peice of expression of initiation into the magickal sciences. The vortex pair, constantly associated with generation, is situated over the vortex like trunk, which is not only morphologically suggestive of a cornucopia, a "mythological" vortex-shaped basket with the power of materialization, but the pointilism used on the trunk seems to have long been a convenient symbol for atoms, particular when they are in a condition of being transported and assembled into an object in the act of materialization.

While this peice is particularly rich in symbols and clues, something that I find especially notewrothy is the possibility that the two styles of decoration at the bottom symbolize the two states of matter referred to by Fermi-Dirac and Einstien-Bose statistics. Situating the vortex forms at their juncture seems yet another anomalously early expression of the knowledge of anyons, fractional quantum particles continually being associated with vortex forms, as a transitional stage in quantum statistical transmutation.

If you do look at Walker's work, be sure to check out the gravity derivative. Is something wrong with this planet that when you drop a coffee cup on the floor, it was supposed to become two whole ones? There would be some food for thought on replicators...

Above: A vortex in an electrochemical experiment by Gaston Plante, induced in a solution by the proximity of magnetic poles. The basic premise of a vortex created across a differential seems to also appear in the old woodcut below, one of many artworks to issue out of the early Mexican New World that seem to contain occult science themes. In this woodcut version, the vortex is suggested though a typical zooicon: the swirling tail of the lion suggests the vortex, an expression which the ancient Egyptians may well have utilized often as an alternative to the serpent, Ouroboros.

It's quite apparent that the presence of armour and armaments in the foreground here has little to do with chronicling the altercations of the Conquistadors, but rather to convey the theme of magnetism, because these objects are ferro-metallic: they are iron or steel, and magnets are made from iron.

Such a configuration is of course also suggested by the black and white pillars, "Boaz" and "Jakin" in the High Preistess card of the Major Arcana of the Tarot; Aleister Crowley's version of this card in his Thoth tarot implies the Cornucopia and seems to make the powers of magickal providence and materialization to be associated with this card much clearer. It may be the witches' acts of "drawing down the moon" and "summoning the cone of power" applied with great and dramatic results.

Contrasted with these above versions, the Priestess card from Crowley's Thoth has aquatic overtones, suggesting perhaps the benefits of materializing objects from solutions of material rather than from likely literally "thin air", creating an image very much like Plante's electrochemical experiment pictured above. The same flower that appears in the image with a possible skull oracle, that seems to be a periwinkle. The same connotations are likely to occur here as well, and it may be with full intent and acknolwedgement of the skull woodcut. Additionally, the pinwheel symmetry of the periwinkle effectively makes a relatively rare floral symbol, and Signature, for vortex effects. It appears elsewhere as well in Crowley's Thoth Tarot deck. Additional speculations on the meaning of this card can be found on this site's Thoth Tarot page
