4WDs in trouble!
No 4WD trip would be complete without someone getting their pride and joy stuck. Here are some of the less dramatic examples.
This series 80 Landcruiser lost the plot and ended up stuck in the ruts! It was towed out by a Nissan Pathfinder Ti that had driven through without incident! These things are not supposed to happen in the Landcruiser Club!
The government here had a policy of charging 4WDs extra money to cover track maintenance. Wonder where it went? The photos below don't seem to indicate that it was spent on this track!
(Note the depth of the hole.....some people were unkind enough to suggest that I fill the hole in with my Jeep so that they could drive over it!....I declined!)
