3D Models

Here are a few pictures I've been playing around with in my occasional spare time. All images are at 1024 x 768 resolution and are between 100 - 150kb in size, so be patient when viewing them. Rendering was done in a package called Bryce 2 / 3, on one of a variety of 486s I'm running, (Yes I am a patient person). The 3D models are Freeware downloaded from the net and I've credited the original authors where ever possible. The original Babylon 5 models that these are loosely based on are copyright  Foundation Imaging and Warner Bros.

Another model of the Whitestar, done from a later version of Kier Darby's model, converted from 3DStudio Max into into Bryce3D my yours truely. Then rendered on the trusty ole 486 in the corner in a couple of hours. Picture No.3 combines the WS model, a Shadow battlecrab and a NASA image of Jupiter for a less static type of image.Still not happy with the surface texture, mainly on the tail fin, but we can't have everything.

As usual there will be some more, or better images as I get around to setting them up...(and get a faster PC)
