	    a place of quiet solitude
	      a place of reflection
	         a place of peace
	          a place of God.
	

The Appalachian Trail is a continuous 
2100+ mile footpath that streches from 
Georgia to Maine.  On it's journey it
winds through 14 states, several 
National Parks, National Forests, many 
towns, and countless hills, valleys,
meadows, and streams.
 
The journey is not only physical, but
mental, emotional and spiritual.
 
The trail is not an escape,
it is a reunion.
