The MacScouter This site is GREAT! It's full of skits, songs, stories and lots of other great scouting resources.
Scouter's Journal Network A magazine format with links to information, resources and organizations.
Cub Scout Pack 557 This Pack has gone out of their way to gather some great resources for all needs!
KNOTS, knots and more knots!! The 42nd Brighton Scout Group in East Sussex, UK has gone out of their way to do animated knots. This page is wonderful.
