Just dropped in from the KS list to see your page. :). Do you ever climb in Yosemite? I don't (in fact I laugh and shudder, at the same time, at the thought of it). :)

Paula--what a great page! Found your site based on your intro on the KS list. :) Wow! With all your activities, I'm amazed you still find time to read LMM! Perhaps you can read "A Tangled Web" while free-falling. Hey, it's short book--you could d it! As far as future excursions....what about Yosemite? Our California KS group is planning a gathering there in May. You and Ted could climb El Capitan, then join us for tea! :):) Again, GREAT WEB PAGE....loved the pictures, the humor and all of Ted and Paula's "excellent adventures". :):)

Hi, got the link to your site from the L. Peter list, wanted to tell someone how much I enjoy the discussions there, and how much more indepth and interesting than other novel discussions I've seen. Truly appreciate the courtesy, kindness and humor also.. enjoyed your site here, too.

Led to your page by Don's posting in rec.sport.rowing and revisiting the BARC page. Nice pix. Hope you two are doing well, I'm still in Houston and not rowing these days; perhaps this season, I miss those early mornings on Clear Lake! If either of you travel to Houston, give me a head's up: I'm in the book if you don't travel with-modem. Regards, Jim Potter

Lovely page; it far outstrips your old one. The memoriam is a really nice touch. Note: I *WILL* visit you before the end of the millenium--with hope, this year. Well, as you guys are no doubt off enjoying some crazy, ill-advised, or fun as all-get-out activity, I guess I shouldn't check often for updates. Mom liked the page a lot--though she had trouble reading a few things--and sends her love. Weird. With the above entry, *I* actually come off as the sane one. Go figger ...

Needs many pictures of nude women. Well, what did you expect that I'd ask for if I can't have skulls? By the way, you probably did mention that you had a web site before to me. It was probably before I had web access here at work. Updating the news se tion more frequently might be the best thing to do. Especially considering how many of your friends are techno-geeks...oops....I meant intelligent, well-adjusted and technologically saavy people. Of course, none of them could ever be as well-balanced a entient being as me.
