The MASB, together with the Financial Reporting Foundation (FRF), make up the new framework for financial reporting in Malaysia. This new framework comprises an independent standard-setting structure with representation from all relevant parties in the standard-setting process, including users, regulators and the accountancy profession. The website offers information on the various accounting standards that have been created and adopted. However, information is not very detailed as they might consider it private and confidential.

This is an excellent website for certified public accountants to know about the recent developments regarding their association. It is also useful for students who would like to know more about the public accountancy field.
