Terms & Conditions

Hardware

- Prices are fixed unless otherwise stated.

- Location of transaction will be fixed at SengKang MRT or Punggol MRT unless otherwise stated.

- A fees from $2.00 to $6.00 will be charge if other locations are preferred buy the Buyer.

- Items are to be tested on the spot (if possible).

- 3 days of warranty period given by Seller and Buyer need to bring it personally to Seller.

- Defect items after sales must be accompanied by a reasons which are accepted by Seller.

- The Seller reserved the rights to reject any unreasonable explanations.

- No rejects will be entertained after Warranty period.

- No refund will be entertained.

- Strictly no meet up for all items unless otherwise stated.

- No refund will be entertained.

- For VCDs, there are certain country made VCDs or DVD players which are not compatible with the disc. No exchange will be entertained)

- Prices are fixed unless otherwise stated.

- Strictly no meet up for all items unless otherwise stated.

Currency

- Prices are fixed unless otherwise stated.

- Location of transaction will be fixed at SengKang MRT or Punggol MRT unless otherwise stated.

- No warranty will be given for these products as items are checked on the spot.

- Buyer should inform the Seller on the spot if the items are not acceptable.

- No rejects will be entertained after after sales.

Movies

(One Dollar Buy)

- All prices for the one dollar buy are fixed at SGD$1.00 per disc.

- Postage Only.

- Postage fees will be borne by Buyer.

- Items selling as it is.

- No refund will be entertained.

- For VCDs, there are certain country made VCDs or DVD players which are not compatible with the disc. No exchange will be entertained if disc is playable by Seller after Seller tested the disc ok in Buyer presence. (Location of testing will be at Seller convenience)

Selling Your Items

- All items posted in this site where items belongs to a third party seller, will not be of any responsibility to the Owner of this site.

- Owner of this site will only be responsible with the items the Owner is selling.

- All items submitted here must be verified by the Owner before posting on this site.

- All items must email to the Owner with the photos, descriptions, mobile number and email address.

- A verification word will be send to the Seller by email and the Owner will later SMS the Seller. The Seller is required to reply back with the word, the Owner had send through email for verification purposes.

- Owner reserved the rights to reject any items when the Owner believe that the items is not appropriate to display on this site, lack of identification or against any law in Singapore. 

Exchanging of Items

- All exchange of items will be judge by Buyer and decides whether or not to exchange.

- For certain exchange, which may be required a top up cash or exchanging for more then 

  one items. This exchange will always be a verbal, email or SMS agreement. 

- Terms & Conditions will be followed closely to all related above.

For All Sites

- No refund will be entertained

- This site is solely own by an individual.

- All nuisance email or mobile contacts will be reported to the Police or Related Authorities. 

- The owner of this site reserved the rights to change the Terms & Conditions without prior 

  notice.

- Postage is available as long as items can be feed into a A4 size envelope and is less than   500gms.

- Postage fees will be borne by Buyer unless otherwise stated.

- For Registered post below 500gms, an additional of SGD$2.00 will be added on the item.

- Free Postage for purchases stated on the website.
