Hello to you all web surfers, i am the WiseGuy a computer science student from Israel, i have built this site as a website with the best links to the best sites, it has the must have software page where new surfer can find useful links and there are many links for the vetern surfers and aspecial page for israeli sites most of them in Hebrew, i hope my website will be of help for you, i wil try to make it the best i can, and hope you will enjoy surfing in it, feel free to to suggest a site you have build yourselves or one you have found while surfing, and most important of all HAVE FUN...

netstat.bat- use this small batchfile on your computer to check what ports your computer use (Only for Windows 9x).
tetris.exe- a small game i have made in C(may still have a few bugs...).
