His years in the computer industry have taken him from mainframes to web-based environments. Mark has worked as a director creating departments and managing large staffs. His ability to combine graduate-level-technical-knowledge, human relations and real-business experience catapulted Mark to one of the software industry's leaders, implementing and managing an effective teamwork environment, and taking automated testing tools to their fullest limits.
