Table Manners

Before attending an event :

· Read the contents in the invitation
· find out, the type of function you are attending,
  -  Coctail party ?
  -  Set dinner ?  (Gala-dinner)
  -  Buffet dinner ?
      2 (two) type of buffet dinner
  -  Theme party ?

To refrain from doing what is wrong :

· Proper way of using the napkin.
· Drinking.
· Sitting together in the same table.
· Cutting the food on the plate.

Ettiquette at the dining table :

1. Clean your lipstick a bit to prevent big spot on the glass.
2. Do not clean your face use the dinning napkin.
3. Close your mouth with handkerchief when you are : sneezing, yawning, caughing
by saying, "Excuse me" and turn your face to the left or to the right side.
4. Close your mouth when you are using the tooth pick if you think it is very urgent.
5. Do not pick your nose.
6. Do not speak and laugh when your mouth is full of food.
7. Do not make noise when you are eating and drinking.
8. Ask permission when you want to smoke a cigarette.
9. Do not wash your hand use the dinner plate.
10. Burping is absolutely not polite.

Meal Time :

· Breakfast : 06.00 AM - 10.00 PM
· Lunch : 11.30 AM - 03.00 PM
· Brunch : 10.00 AM - 03.00 PM
· Dinner : 06.00 PM - 10.00 PM
· Supper : 12.00 MN - 02.00 AM

Menu :

1. Table D'Hote (set menu), yaitu menunya sudah ditetapkan.
2. A La Carte, yaitu menu dapat dipesan sesuai selera.
3. Buffet, yaitu makan prasmanan.
