Understanding and Knowledge is key to any Wiccan/Witch. One must know what they are getting themselves into. They must know-of and understand the history, ethics, preparatory understanding, and in a Wiccans/Witches case.. the magick prep skills. That is just to name a few. They must understand the basics of spellcrafting, and have a good idea of what divination is all about and how we intragrate it in our daily Wiccan/Witchy lives. Studying, reading, writing, listening, and most importantly, practicing, are all key factors to the understanding & knowledge that Wicca holds.
