Feels Like Home

BACKROUND:   Everything is the same as it currently is on GH.  Everyone stil
think Lucky is dead even though he is not.  He is still being held by Fasion
The only thing that is different is Luke finally gets a clue and starts
putting things together about Lucky.

CHAPTER 1   *AT LUKE'S OFFICE*
(Luke still thinks fasion is Krieg)

Luke is sitting in his office at the club.  This has becaome home to him.  He
is going over the books when he hears a knock on the door.

Luke:  yeah what?

Fasion:  Mr. Spencer

Luke:  Oh man, you just don't gine up.  Now what?

Fasion:  (smerks) I just came to say good-bye.  I am headed out of town until
out business date.

Luke:  What a shame, good bye

Fasion:  You know you are very welcoming.  I will asure you however your
payoff for doing business with me will be very LUCKY for you.

Luke:  Look is the only reason you came here was to say good bye?

Fasion:  and to say I feel very LUCKY to be doing business with you

Luke: (pause) Well I am honored,  Now good bye Herr Krieg

Fasion gives Luke a look and turns to leave Lukes office

Luke:  Good riddens to bad rubish

Fasion has one more stop to make before he leaves Port Charles.

Luke leaves his office and head to the poilce station because Mac said he
needed to tell him something.

CHAPTER 2  *IN LAURA'S OFFICE*

Laura is in her office at the hospital when Fasion comes in.

Fasion:  Mrs. Spencer

(Laura looks up from her desk)

Laura:  Mr. Gardner, .......I did not expect to see you again

Fasion: Yes well I wanted to stop by again beofre I leave town

Laura:  Oh well umm you should know that your donation was put to good use.

Fasion:  As I knew it would be.  I hope every child who is away from thier
parents truly knows how.....LUCKY they are to have you and this program.

Laura:  umm......thank you

Fasion:  you know I read about your son in the news paper.  Such a terrible
thing to happen to such a young man.

Laura:  yes......it was

Fasion:  Well I am sure he knew how LUCKY he was to have you for a mother

Laura: (could barly speak) Is there....is there anything else I can do for
you Mr. Gardner

Fasion:  No that will be all, good day

He leaves her office leaving laura with a very un easy feeling.

CHAPTER 3  *MAC'S OFFICE*

Luke:  hey Bubba.  You wanted to see me?

Mac:  Yeah Luke come in and close the door.  Look I just wanted to say I am
sorry for the way I acted the other day when I found you and Felicia in the
crypt.  I over reacted and I am sorry.

Luke:  Dont worry about it, you had every right to be worried.

Mac:  thanks Luke

Luke nods his head and turns to leave.  Just as Luke reached for the door,
Mac hits the play button on his tape recorder to here fasion's voice again.
Luke hears it and a chill runs down his spine.  He turns back around to Mac.

Luke:  who was that?

Mac:  Oh just a case I am working on

Luke:  mac who is that on the tape

Mac:  he goes by the name Gardner, but he sounds a lot like someone I thought
was dead

Luke:  Who?

Mac:  Remember Ceaser Fasion

Luke:  Fasion he is dead

Mac:  well that is what I thought until I heard this tape.  That voice, that
accent sounds just like him

Luke:  Mac play it again

Mac played the tape again and Luke turned white as a ghost

Mac:  Luke what is it?

Luke:  Umm nothing, I have to go

Before Mac could say anything Luke was out the door

CHAPTER 4  *LUKE'S OFFICE*

Luke made it back to his office and he was pacing the floor.

Luke:  this cant be

Memories started to flood Luke's mind.  he remembered how Krig was so
concerned about Lucky's death and how that first time after Lucky's memorial
service the way he picked up Lucky's picture.  Luke remembered all the times
he said the word lucky with such emphasis every chance he got.

Luke:  That voice, but it cant be.  Krieg is Fasion.  he has been giving me
hints all a long.  Why?  What does he have that he knows I'll want.  What
could I possibly want more than anything?  (he gasps)  Oh my
god...........LUCKY.

Luke left his office in a hurry and went to Laura's office at the hospital.
When he got there he found laura with a tence look on her face.

Luke:  Hey are you ok?

Laura:  well now that makes two unexpected visits today.

Luke:  who was the first

Laura:  Just someone who gives me the creeps

Luke: who?

Laura:  Just this man who came in the other day to donate money to the
rpogram and he came back today

Luke:  what was his name?  did he say?

Laura:  Yes, Mr. Gardner

Luke: Gardner (scared look on his face)  Laura please tell me what did he
look like.

Laura:  he was tall with very broud houlders.  He has shoulder length gray
hair and a ..........

Luke: (cuts her off) and a forein accent

Laura:  yes how did you know that?

Luke:  tell me Laura, did he use the word Lucky a lot in his sentences?

Laura:  yeah that is was made me uneasy, he even metioned Lucky

Luke:  listen to me if you should see this man again I want you to call Mac,
you hear me

Laura:  Luke what is going on?

Luke:  Just promosie me

Laura:  ok I promise

Luke:  I have to leave town for a little while.  Please tell Lulu i love her
and give her a kiss for me.

Laura:  Luke wait, where are you going?

Luke:  i'll be in touch

Luke leaves Laura's office

CHAPTER 5

Luke leaves PC and finally makes it to where he believes Fasion is.  After
about a week of searching Luke spots fasion and follows him.  They eventually
end up on the Cassadine Island in Greese.  Right away Luke suspects Helena is
in on it, but she is not a problem since she had her stroke.

Ever since his last time on the island, Luke can still get around without
being seen.  Luke follows Fasion to a compound that is on the island.

Luke:  what is in there?

Luke waits outside for a few minutes and then sees Fasion leave the compound.
 Once fasion is out of sight, Luke makes his way there.  There door is locked
but Luke being Luke manages to pick the lock.  When he gets inside, Luke sees
the gaurds.  he stand where they cant see him and much to his advantage the
gaurds get called away from their posts.

After they are gone Luke makes it to another door.  he opens it and he is
standing in what seems to be a control room.

Luke:  Now lets see wha you are hidng in here.

Luke turns the monitors on and sees a person lying on the bed with his back
to the cameras.

Luke:  what the.....

Just then the person turns around and Luke gasps for air

Luke:  LUCKY!!! oh my god

Luke walks over to the door and of course it wont open.  Luke then hears
someone coming and he turns the monitors off and finds a place to hide.

Fasion comes into the control room and uses the remote control to open the
door and goes inside the room where Lucky is.  Luke comes out of his hidng
lace once Fasion is inside and turns the monitors back on so he can see what
is going on.  Luke finds the voulme and turns it up so he can also hear

Lucky:  oh great you're back

Fasion:  Lucky Lucky Lucky be careful, you'll have me thinking you missed me.

Lucky:  never

Fasion:  well i just wanted to tell you that I just came from the place you
used to call home and I saw your mother and father.  I have dropped so many
hints and they are still clueless that you are alive.  (he laughs)

Luke sees Fasion walk to the door and he gets on the other side of it so when
it opens he will be looking right at Fasion..  Fasion pushes the button and
is shocked to see Luke standing before him

Luke:  you're wrong, I suspect everything.
CHAPTER 6

Luke stood there looking right at Fasion.  Lucky could not believe what he
was seeing.

Lucky: DAD!

Fasion:  Well well well what have we here?

Luke:  I'll tell you what we have here....my fist in your face

With that Luke punched Fasion right in the face knocking him out cold

Luke:  OUCH! hard head.....(looks at Lucky) Cowboy

Lucky:  Nice throw (Lucky runs to Luke and higs him)  How did you find me?

Luke:  As much as I would love to chat we have to get out of here before
he....wakes up and besides there are some people at home who would like to
know yuo are alive.

Lucky:  Elizabeth, dad how is she?

Luke:  she is fine, but cowboy like I said i love to fill you in on
everything but the greese monkey is going to wake up any minute.  We have to
go

Luke grabs Lucky's arms and leads him to the door

Lucky:  WAIT!

Lucky pulles back and went over to the night table and grabbed the picture of
Liz.  Luke took the remote control from Fasion and he and Lucky walked out of
the room.

Luke:  Asta La bye bye

Luke closed the door with fasion still inside and turned to his son, the son
he had thought he lost forever.

Luke:  Now where is my hug (they hug)

Lucky:  Dad, can we go home now?

Luke;  soon cowboy soon.  First we have to call Mac and tell him the
situation, then we have to wait for him to get here and arrest this creep.
Mac needs to do this.  So while we wait I can fill you in on whatever you
want to know

Lucky:  Ok fine, but I want to call Elizabeth

Luke:  WO WO, what are you going to say, Hi honey its me?  Lucky she thinks
you are dead, you cant call her, you will scare her

Lucky:  Ok..you're right

Luke then walked over to the phone in the control room and called Mac.

Mac:  Scorpio

Luke: Hey there Bubba hows it going?

Mac:  Luke?

Luke:  yeah Mac its me and have I got a story for you.

CHAPTER 7

Luke informed Mac of everything.  Well as much as he could over the phone.
Bottom Line Luke told Mac that Fasion was indeed alive and was waiting to be
arrested.  mac told Luke he was on the next flight to Grease.

Luke and Lucky sat in the control room watching Fasion

Lucky:  it feels so good to be on the other side of that door.

Luke:  I am so sorry I did not figure this out sooner

Lucky:  dad it's okay.  You're here now.  How did you find me?

Luke told lucky about his business with Fasion and not knowing who he really
was.  He told him about all the clues that fasion dropped and how he finally
put two and two together.

Lucky:  Dad please tell me about Elizabeth

Luke:  Oh cowboy....she was devestated.  The night of the fire she kept
saying it was not you, but when Taggert showed her your subway token and he
said he had found it on the body she and everyone else knew it to be true.

Lucky:  I hated when he took it from me

Luke:  I have seen her wear it a few times.  She is okay, she misses you, but
she does not talk about it.  She asked Tammy to give her more hours at
Kelly's.  Lucky there is something you should know

Lucky:  what?  Tell me.

Luke:  she has ben spending a lot of time with......Nikolas.  They have
gotten really close over the last three months. (Lucky's eyes sadden)  I am
not saying that they are together.  I know she still loves you with all her
heart.

Lucky:  You know after I was here for about three weeks, thinking I was never
going to get out, I had this vision in my head.  I told Elizabeth that she
has to move on and be with someone else who can giver her a life since I was
just a memory.  But hearing you tell me she is closer with Nikolas is a lot
harder to take then I exprected.

Luke:  why?  Lucky I dont think they are together and why wouldn't it bother
you, you love her.  Lucky I know she still loves you.

Lucky:  I hope so

CHAPTER 8  *OUTSIDE KELLY'S*

Liz comes out of kelly's to find Nikolas waiting

Liz:  Nikolas, what are you doing here?

Nik:  waiting for you of course

Liz:  oh ok

Nik:  I was kind of hoping you would have dinner with me tonight

Liz:  yeah i think I can do that

Nik:  geart, I'll take you home now and then I'll pick you up in a few hours.

Liz:  sounds great!

Liz and Nik leave arm in arm

*BACK IN GREASE*

Lucky:  How is mom and Lulu?

Luke:  Well your mother misses you and I dont think Lulu really understand
much of this.  Your mom suffered a break down but she is ok now.  She is
trying to cope.  She has a new job at the hospital

Lucky:  I am sorry she.....all of you had to go through this.  I see you are
not wearing your wedding ring

Luke:  yeah well I am sorry cowboy but somethings cant be fixed.

CHAPTER 9

(**AUTHORS NOTE:  I know it takes awhile to get from New York to Grease but
that does not apply in this story.  It only took a few hours**)

A few hours later Mac and Taggert made it to the Cassadine Island

Mac:  Luke?

Luke:  Bubba you made it

Mac:  (looking at Lucky)  I cant believe what i am seeing

Luke:  well if seeing my son is unbelievable, Look at that.

Luke points to the monitor.  Mac looks at it and sees Fasion walking back and
forth.

Mac:  Oh my god

Luke:  he is all yours

Luke opens the door and Mac goes in the room

Mac:  Well we meet again, If it is not Ceaser Fasion.

Mac reads him his rights and cuffs him

(**NOTE:  I know am american cop cant arrest someone in another country
unless the person is extradited back to the US, but hey its fiction right**)

After that everyone boarded the police jet and headed back to Port Charles.
Lucky could not wait to get home, he wanted to see his mother and sister, but
most importantly he wanted to see Elizabeth.  Lucky hoped that Luke was right
about Liz and Nik not being together, but if is was true he was going to
fight for her.  He still loves her with all his heart.

CHAPTER 10

Nikolas arrived at Liz's house and she answered the door.  She had her hair
up and she was wearing a full length powder blue dress.

Nik:  WOW! you look beautiful

Liz:  well thank you

Liz and Nik went to dinner at Cafe Mateese and a few hours later Niklolas
braught Liz home.  He walked her up to her door.  They stood on the doorstep.

Liz:  well....umm....thanks for dinner Nikolas...i had a really good time.

Nik:  I am glad and you're welcome

Nikolas then leaned down and kissed Liz on the cheek.

Liz:  I..umm...guess I should go in.

Nik:  Ok good night

Liz:  night

Liz then went in her house and Nikolas got in his car and drove home.

It was in the middle of the night when the police jet landed in Port Charles.
 As soon as Lucky stepped off the plane all he could think about was finally
being home and being back in the same town as his family and Elizabeth.

Mac:  Umm...Lucky I am going to need you to come down to the station and give
us your statement on what happened the night of the fire and about the last
three months.

Luke:  tomorrow Bubba, I want to get him home to his mother.  it has been
long enough.

Mac:  ok fine tomorrow, but i want to see in the afternoon.

Mac had a car take Luke and Lucky to Laura's house.  They arrive and walk up
to the front door.  Just as Luke was about to ring the bell Lucky stops him

Lucky:  wait dad.  Its in the middle of the night, do you really think we
should wake her?

Luke:  Once your mother sees your baby blues she wont mind trust me.  Now you
stay out here cowboy, let me explain things to her before you make your
entrence.

Lucky:  ok dad

Luke rang the door bell and Lucky stepped off to the side so Laura could not
see him.  The lights come on and Laura opens the door.

Laura:  Luke! its in the middle of the night......oh my god whats wrong?

Luke:  no nothing.  laura I need to talk to you

Laura:  this could not wait til tomorrow?  Weren't you out of town?

Luke:  yeah I just got back.  laura it is really inportant can I come in?

Laura:  yeah sure

Luke and Lura go sit down on the couch.  Luke explained everything about
Fasion being alive and being Mr. Gardner.  Laura was stunned.

Luke:  he kept dropping hints and he told me he had something i wanted and I
would get it  if i do businesss with him.  I became suspecious after talking
to Mac so i followed Fasion to Grease   Laura I found what he had, what he
had taken from us.

Laura:  What was it?  What did he take from us

Luke: its who he took

Laura:  Luke what are you talking about?  what do you mean who?

Luke:  wait here

Luke got up and went to the door and opened it.

Luke:  (signaled to Lucky) come here

Laura stood up as the person walked through the door.  Laura's eyes wided and
her filled with tears

Laura:  Lucky?

Lucky:  Hi Mom

Laura just staired at him unable to move and then just passed out cold

Luke, Lucky:  Laura Mom

CHAPTER 11

Luke and Lucky ran over to Laura and got her on the couch

Luke:  go get a wet wash cloth Lucky

Lucky went into the kitchen while Luke stayed with laura.

Luke:  Laura, Laura wak up.  come on, can you here me Laura?

Laura:  mmm, Luke?

Luke:  yeah its me come on sit up

Laura:  I had the most beautiful dream, Lucky....is was alive and here

Lucky comes out of the kitchen

Lucky:  it wasen't a dream.  I'm here Mom

Luke:  surprize!

Laura looked at Luke and then at Lucky.  She got off the couch and walked
over to Lucky still looking in his eyes.  Without words Laura put her arms
around Lucky and his around her.  As soon as thier bodies connected, tears
streamed down both of thier faces as they held on to each other

Laura:  My baby, oh my baby.  let me look at you

They pulled apart and Laura puts her hands up to Lucky's cheek.

Laura:  how is this possible?

Lucky:  its a long story.  I missed you Mom

Laura:  I missed you to

They hug again and then Luke and Lucky fill laura in on everything.  She cant
believe how fasion played them all for fools.  After they finished talking it
was almost dawn.  Lucky sat next to his mother on the couch and he curled up
next to her like a little boy

Lucky:  Mom I ahve to see Elizabeth

Luke:  Later cowboy I am sure she is still slepping.  it is just about dawn.
Just wait a while unless you want to give her a heart attack

Laura:  your fathers right Lucky.  you can go see her soon.  Now wht dont you
go up stairs to your room and get some sleep

Lucky:  Ok I am kind of tired

Lucky kisses his mother and hugs his father and goes upstairs to his old
room.  As soon as he hits his bed he is out like a night.

CHAPTER 12  *THE NEXT MORINIG*

Lucky woke up and for a minute he was afraid to open his eyes because he
wondered if last night was a dream.  When he did open he was releaved to see
he was still home.

Lucky got up out of bed and went downstairs.  He smelled blueberry pancakes
coming from the kitchen.  He entered the kitchen to find his mother standing
at the stove and his father at the table drinking coffee.  Then he saw a
little girl running towards him.

Lulu:  Lucky Lucky

Lucky: Lulu

Lucky caught Lulu in his arms and lifted her up.

Lucky:  oh baby sister I missed you so much

Lulu:  Lucky home

Lucky:  Yeah Luckys' home

Luke:  hey cowboy come sit down your mother cooked a welcome breakfast for
you.

Lucky put Lulu down and went to sit down at the table.  Laura put a a plate
of pancakes infront of Lucky.  Lucky finished every last bite.

Lucky:  Look I ahte to eat and run, but I have to find Elizabeth.  i have
waited long enough.

Luke:  ok son, she is scheduled for the morning shift at Kelly's so she she
should be there y now.

Lucky:  Thanks dad.  Mom thanks for breakfast

Lucky went back to his room and then took a shower and shaved and put some
fresh clothes on.  He then left his house to go to Kelly's

CHAPTER 13

As Lucky was walking to Kelly's he could not wait to hold elizabeth again and
tell her how much he loves her.

Lucky arrives at kelly's and see Liz outside with her back to him.  Lucky
starts to walk toward him, but he stopps when he sees Nikolas walking up to
her.  Lucky goes where they cant see him but he can see them.

Nik:  Hey

Liz;  Hi (she hugs him) hey listen thanks for last night, it was perfect.
(she kisses him on the cheek) I dont know what I would do with out you.

Nik:  I feel the same way and yes last night was perfect

Lucky's eyes saddens and he runs off.  he runs all the way home and storms
through the front door.  Luke was sitting on th e couch.

Luke:  hey what wrong?  didn't you see Liz?

Lucky:  oh yeah I saw her and you know what dad you were wrong.  Elizabeth
and Nikolas are together, they spent last night together.  And she was
practally all over him.

Luke:  I am sorry cowboy I had no idea

Lucky:  look dad i dont want to talk about this Ok

Luke:  Ok son, but I think yuo ned to tell her you are alive.  Ok well your
sister has a doctors appointment and your mom and I are going to take her, do
you want to go?

Lucky:  No I need some time alone

Luke:  ok well remember you have to go see Mac this afternoon

Lucky:  I know and I will

Luke and Laura left with Lulu, Luke dropped Laura and Lulu off at the
hospital and he went to Kelly's

CHAPTER 14

Luke arrives at kelly's and sees Liz and nikolas sitting outside at a table
laughing.  Liz sees Luke coming and jumps up not sure if he was going to get
mad at her for sitting on the job.

Luke:  at ease Miss Webber.  Look Liz I need to talk to you......alone

Nik:  Oh ok, Liz i'll see you later

Nikolas leaves and Luke sits down at the table with Liz

Liz:  whats up?

Luke:  umm, Liz is there something going on with you and......Nikolas?

Liz: (shocked by his question)  Luke....Nikolas and I are just friends.  Ever
since well....ever since Lucky.....died he has helped me cope, but I am not
ready to be with anyone else the way I was with Lucky.

Luke:  well that is so good to hear

Liz:  What!? Why?

Luke:  Liz something happened that need to know about.....its about Lucky

Liz:  What?  Something new....about the fire?

Luke:  No No well yeah.  Liz.....the body that was found in Lucky's room was
not his, he was not in the fire.  he was kidnapped and the fire was a set up.

Liz:  WHAT?  No i was at his memorial service I have his subway token and he
would have never taken it off.

Luke:  He was made to.  he has been help captive all this time.  Liz he is
alive and here in PC.  He was here this morning.

Liz:  What, i did not see him

Luke:  He left once he saw you with Nikolas.  He heard you thank him for
making last night pefect and well he assumed....

Liz:  that i was with Nikolas.  Oh my god.     Luke where is he? I have t see
him.

Luke:  When I left him he was at home, but he could have gone out

Liz:  do you mid if I leave?

Luke:  No not at all.  go.

Liz went into Kelly's, took off her aprin, and grabbed her purse.  She could
not get what Luke had told her off her mind.  Was Lucky really alive?

CHAPTER 15

Liz went down to the docks and headed to the Spencer house.  On her way to
the house Liz passed the old burnt down bike shop and saw someone standing
infront of it looking up.  Liz gasped when she saw him.  It has not been that
long where she would not know him even from the back.  It was him, her love,
he was alive.

Liz:  That was the worst night of my life.

Lucky was startled by the sound of her familer voice.  he slowly turned
around and look right at her.

Those blue eyes looked deep into her and Liz could barely move or speak.  The
sight of him standing infront of her overwhelmed her.

Lucky:  It was the worst night of my life to.

Liz started to walk toward him and as much as he wanted to stop her because
of what he saw earlier with her and Nikolas, but his longing for her consumed
him.  He started to walk towards her and with in seconds they were running
towards each other.  As thier bodies touched Lucky rapped his arms around her
back and swong her around.  As her feet left the ground she held on with her
arms around his neck.  Lucky placed Liz back on the ground and while still
holding on to each other they stair into each other's eyes.

Liz:  Lucky

Both are silent and they both move in without warning for a long awaited
kiss.  It starts out as just a brush of the lips just like thier first kiss,
kind of getting re familar with one another.  The kiss quicky deepens, each
putting all the time they lost into that kiss.  As they kissed tear feel from
their eyes.  Just then Lucky pulls abruptly away and lets go of Liz.

Lucky:  I'm sorry

Before Liz could ask why, Lucky was gone.  He just left her standing there in
the same place she lost him before.

Lucky ran all the way home and went up to his room.  He collapsed on his bed
and sobbed like a baby.

CHAPTER 16

A little while later Lucky heard the door beel ring.  He went downstairs to
answer it.

Lucky:  Elizabeth

Liz:  you left so sudden, I had to come after you.  Can I come in?

Lucky stepped aside so Liz could come in.  She walked over near the couch as
Lucky closed the door and slowly walked near her.

Liz:  What happend?  What is wrong Licky?

Lucky:  Nothing

Liz:  Nothing!  Lucky....you come back from the dead, you kiss me....like you
have never kissed me before, and then you run off, and you say nothing is
wrong?

Lucky:  I am sorry for running off, but there is nothing wrong.

Liz:  Lucky please tell me what happened?  I mean yesterday you were gone and
now here you are standing in fornt of me.  Your father told me what happend
to you.  Lucky I am so sorry.

Lucky:  yeah well it's over, and I am fine ok

Liz:  Lucky why are you being so cold?  Is this because of what you saw this
morning with me and Nikolas?

Lucky:  How do you know about that?

Liz:  your father told me

Lucky:  yeah well I did not want to interrupt your cozy moment

Liz:  Lucky, Nikolas and I are just friends.

Licky:  well it did not look like that to me.  They way you put your arms
around him and kissed him and thankled him for making last night perfect.  I
thought sex was something sacred to you, I guess I was wrong.

Liz: SEX! you think I am having sex with Nikolas?  Lucky he took me to dinner
that all.

Lucky:  well it did not take you long

Liz:  what the hell is that supposed to mean?

Lucky:  well i am gone for three months and you moved on to my brother.

Liz:  (angry)  I DONT DISERVE THIS!  I thought you were DEAD Lucky.  Nikolas
was there for me, but we are just friends.  If you think that I forgot about
you or stopped loving you then you are  DEAD wrong.  If you thought that then
you never really knew me and we have nothing left to discuss.

Liz then turned around and ran to the door.  Just as she opens it, Lucky runs
up behind her and closes the door before she can get out.  He rapps his arms
around her from behind.

Lucky:  I'm sorry, I am so sorry baby

CHAPTER 17

Liz and Lucky just stand there and then Liz covers Lucky's hands with her
own.  She then turns around to face him.  She puts her hand up to his cheeks
as his hands rest on her hips.

Liz:  (In a soft voice)  How could you ever think I could be with someone
else so soon Lucky?

Lucky:  I dont know.  I just saw you with Nikolas....and I assumed the worst.
 I 'm sorry.

Liz:  I could NEVER forget you.  You are everything to me, dont you know by
now how much I love you.

Lucky:  But it has been so long, I have been gone for so long Elizabeth.

Liz:  Listen to me.  I LOVE YOU, and only you.  I never stopped loving you.

Lucky:  I love you to

Liz releases Lucky's face and they hug,  holding each other very tightly.
Holding on for dear life, crying, and never wanting to let go.

CHAPTER 18

After a few minutes of holding each other, Liz and Lucky wipe away each
other's tears and then Lucky takes Liz's hand and leads her to the couch.

Liz:  (still crying) I missed you so much.  I have been so lost without you
in my life.
 

Lucky:  I missed you too everyday.  The only thing that kept me going was
this.

Lucky reaches into his back pocket and pulls out the picture Fasion gave him
of Liz.  He hands it to her and she stairs at it.

Liz:  This was the night....the night of the fire, where did you get this?

Lucky:  I want to tell you everything.  Elizabeth I need to tell you
everything, but more inportantly I just want to be alone with you.  Do you
think we could go somewhere......just the two of us so we can be alone?

Liz:  I would like that very much,  When?  Where?

Lucky:  tonight, but before we go, I have to go to the police station and
give Mac my statement, would you go with me?

Liz:  of course

Lucky:  thanks.  Why dont yuo go home and put some things in a bag and Ill
figure out where we can go.  I'll meet you at your house in a coule hours.

Liz:  Ok

They stand up from the couch and Lucky takes Liz in his arms and kisses her
softly.  They pull apart and smile.  Lucky then walks Liz to the door and
opens it to find Nikolas standing on the porch in complete shock.
