Laundry facilities and a jacuzzi are located in the building. Free parking is located around the building. Whistler Creekside and the Creekside Gondola is an easy 7 minute walk away and less than 400m to the bus stop for the village.

A security deposit is required on all units, no exceptions, in the form of one half month's rent. Strata fines as a result of our clients' or their guests' actions are the responsibility of the client, as agreed when signing the rental agreement and paying the security deposit.

The security deposit must be paid in order to secure any booking, from December to April. The 1st month's rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Subsequent payments are due for each month, 60 days before the start of the month.

From May to November, the rent is due the first day of the renewal date. All monies must be paid in Cash or Money Order. If the rent is not paid on time, a late fee will be incurred.

Refund Policy

Security Deposit to hold the booking is one half of the 1st month's rent. From the time of the deposit being paid to 91 days before your stated arrival at out unit there is a 100% refund less a $100 administrative fee.

From 91 to 61 days there is a 100% refund less a $200 fee and the cost of re-renting the unit. (Charges not to exceed 1/3 of the booking deposit)

Less than 61 days, a $300 fee and the cost of re-renting the unit.

Please note that all units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
