That question will be answered here everytime the Homepage is updated!

August 7th @ 3:47 p.m. - Another picture has been added to the Art page. The work is entitled Angel Creek and was also done entirely on computer. Definately a Must See. The Midi for the main page was also changed.

July 27th @ 5:57 p.m. - Although Allen has been very busy coordinating shows at Boot Hill, along with performing in them, he did have time to add another addition to the Artwork Page!

July 5th @ 6:17 p.m. - It has been a busy summer. Allen has been quite busy as of late because of Tourist season at Boothill. On top of that, Allen's daughter Sara was wed to Justin Wilson in June. Updates to this page include two pictures from Sara's wedding on the Pictures page, a new piece of art created by Allen using the computer, and an update to the page telling what we used to make the site.

April 24th @ 11:33 p.m. - 2 new pictures were added to the Pictures page. All of the other pictures on these pages were moved to a new addition of the Archive page! The people that visit the nonframes version will find a link to the Archives on the Pictures page, while the people visiting the frames page should notice a new button that reads Archive. The "About" page (linked to at the bottom of the main page) has been updated to reflect updates in Software used to maintain Allen's website. The Background was also changed back due to the stream in the forest image seeming to have problems loading.

April 15th @ 4:21 p.m. - Hope your taxes are done! Updates include the background being changed, a new midi for the background music, and new midis added to the Midi page.

April 14th @ 5:42 p.m. - The frames were updated for better speed when changing the look of buttons. This is also a message at the bottom of the browser telling you what each button will do. The scrolling line of text was removed from the main page for this effect. These updates were only on the frames section.

April 1st - 12th - Allen has the newest Macintosh version of ICQ, which incorporates the webaware feature. We've been testing it out on the webpage with mixed results. Sometimes it shows "Indicator Disabled", while other times it shows Allen's status like it should. The main pages have also been updated to reflect that Allen's show will be airing live on April 17th. Miniature pictures have been added to the page explaining how the website is made/created/updated. For the curious:

<--- This is Travis' computer. And this is Allen's iMac --->

March 4th @ 11:23 p.m. - The month of Febuary was actually spent updating the pages with the Geoguide at the top of a majority of the pages in this site to cut down on the annoying pop up adds. The BIO page has been updated to include the information about Allen being in the news overseas; the LINKS page has been updated with the Boothill Museum's webpage link! Travis will try to update the site as often as possible... recentlypreparing for moving and midterms have prevented that.

January 16th @ 8 p.m. - A new Title image was created for the main page in celebration of Western Swing & Other Things being extended a half hour! Another new pages of pictures was also added! This update was a little slow because Travis has just started school again and was also working on a CD-ROM for grade school children.

December 18th @ 1:54 p.m. - The background of the main page was changed back to it's original for any that missed it, and it gives it a little bit of a different look. The link to the High Plains Public Radio website was changed on both the main page, and the Links page as their new site is apparently going through some delays. Some more background information was added to the page telling about how this site is made! And a new 3D logo was added for NSP productions at the bottom of the main page.

December 7th @ 2:10 a.m. - The main page was updated to announce the special Christmas Music Event coming up @ Boot Hill involving Allen's band BEHIND THE TIMES. Nine more Midis were added to Midi Page. A new page was created for those wondering what was used to make this site. The link can be found on the main page towards the bottom, just about the NSP Productions picture.

November 19th @ 11:08 a.m. - The Midi page was finally updated! I apologize for the delay, however, as some of you may know this site is maintained by a College Student, and they get pretty busy around this time of the year!

November 1st @ 10:03 p.m. - The Links pages were updated along with a banner added to the index page!

October 29th @ 12:33 a.m. - The home pages for both the frames and nonframes was updated to include some animated pictures, a new background, and new background music.

October 25th @ 6:45 p.m. - musical background added to the Midi page.

October 20th @ 12:39a.m. - The links pages were updated with a banner viewers can download to link their homepages to Western Swing & Other Things homepage.

October 16th @ 4:38p.m. - The home page for both the frames and nonframes section was modified and updated.

October 16th @ 4:17p.m. - The Midi page is up for both the frames and nonframes section!

October 14th @ 4:30p.m. - Allen had insisted numerous times that credit be given to the creator of this site, so that picture was added to the bottom of the home page for both frames and nonframes versions.

October 11th @ 3:45p.m. - The index page was revised to link directly to the new frames page. Also added to the index page was links so viewers who hadn't yet upgraded to a 3.0 or higher browser could do so free of charge from either Netscape or Microsoft. The non-frames pages were also updated to include the newer pages: Art, New, and Midi.

October 10th @ 6p.m. - This page was created as an easy guide so regular vistors to this site can easily check out the latest editions to the website! Recent additons in this update include: a new layout for the frames section done in Java Script. For those who don't know what that means (and who does?), that's just how we get those buttons to do that neat trick of changing when your mouse hovers over them. Also added was the Art page, so many listeners to Allen's show can see one of his other many talents... painting and drawing! You may have noticed a Midi button over there on the left too and have been wondering... now what in the heck is a midi? Well, to those who have a browser capable of playing sound, an example of a midi is the Patsy Cline classic of "crazy" when you first arrive at the Western Swing & Other Things Homepage... some people may think of it as elevator music for the web... ha! The midi page is still under construction and is not up yet. It's debut will be announced here of course. As always, enjoy your visit, come back again soon, and don't forget to tune into the show this Saturday!
