Here in the North East United States, I live within an easy day's travel to Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, and New York City. The red star generally represents the area of my home, between Binghamton, New York and Scranton, Pennsylvania.

The New York Finger Lakes in the Northwest, The Pocono and Catskill Mountains just to my East, with New York City a bit further South East.

The Binghamton area in upstate New York is just to the north, while the Scranton - Wilkes Barre area in northeastern Pennsylvania is just to the south.
