Aberaeron
is
a quiet
unspoilt seaside town with a quay, beaches, aquarium, attractive
brightly coloured Georgian houses and a variety of shops.
There are several pubs; restaurants and a bistro offering
first-class food at reasonable prices. The honey ice-cream
on the quay is a must!
There
is a Leisure Centre including swimming pool nearby offering a
variety of activities. The beautiful River Aeron runs into
the sea at Aberaeron and offers lovely walks along its
banks. Within a short driving distance there is an abundance
of clean, safe beaches, as well as many historical sites and
lovely countryside and cliff-top walks.
Wildlife
abounds,
including the red kite and bottle nose dolphins and seals in the
Bay. We are also ideally placed for visiting all other areas
of Wales, including the neighbouring county of Pembrokeshire and
the beautiful Cambrian Mountains which are less than an hour away
to the North. The Snowdonia National Park is less than a 2
hour drive.
