-part of General Managers Staff

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY FOR MOST POSITIONS!!!!

If you think you are interested in any of the above listed opportunities you should first come to the Radio Station to fill out an application.

In room 3 - 280 (We are between USG and The Ticker, our door is directly across from the game room (metal) door. You will see our picture case that is right next to the elevators.)

Steps to becoming a member/DJ/On-Air Personality:

-Meet with one of our staff at the Radio Station and fill out an application and schedule time and date for you to be interviewed by the Personnel Director.

OR

-Call or email us and to set up an appointment to come in and fill out an application and be interviewed.

-Bring a copy of your current school/work schedule and the times that you are available (Please have a photocopy of your schedule if possible with a breakdown of when you work and when you are free {typed if possible}).

-Bring your SS# for verification of enrollment in current semester as well as GPA verification ( a 2.0 is required)
**If you do not fill provide us with your social security number on your application, it will be rejected until we are provided with this information.

Please Note:

*You will not have to worry about how to use the studio equipment, we will provide you with training so that you will be able to run all equipment proficiently.

*Once you have been interview and your application is reviewed you will be notified for your introduction meeting and you will need to provide at your own expense (2) two passport size photos (one for your station ID card and for us to keep on file).

*If you requested to be part of the General Managers staff (Assistant, Record Library Personnel, MD, etc, you must go through three (3) different interviews > 1st interview is with the Personnel Director, 2nd Interview is with the Assistant General Manager and the Treasurer and the 3rd interview is with the General Manager. Positions currently available as of May 9th are the following : On-Air DJ, Asst. Marketing/Promo Director, Library Assistant, Latin Director, Urban Director, on-air engineers
