It's Thanksgiving!

We're taking the kids to their Grandma and Grandpop Silsby's to celebrate Thanksgiving together. As we turn onto their street, the most magnificent autumn view presents itself... the trees are just glowing with gorgeous colors. One tree is such a brilliant yellow that I have to stop the car to snap an picture.

Nope, it's certainly not winter yet. Not with such colors still about.

My sister Gale and her husband Jerry were there (their kids Chris, Susan, and Sherry were all away at college, so we look forward to seeing them at Christmas.) We all shared a great meal and caught up on what's happening in one-another's lives.

On Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend, we celebrated the holiday with Faye's family at her parent's house in Haynesville. It was quite a crowd, but we were able to get a few of them to sit still for photos.
