To represent the interests of members in commercial and trade matters between Singapore and Australia.  

To provide information services for members in relation to Singapore.

To develop and enhance communication networks between Australian and Singapore corporations.

To provide assistance for Australian corporations and business persons doing business in Singapore and vice versa.

To foster friendship and cultural understanding between the business communities and people of Australia and Singapore and to promote trade investment, technical and economic cooperation and tourism between the two countries. 

To promote cultural functions and get together with members and their families.
