We will need the following information from you on your application:

Your name (real name)

Your e-mail address (must be valid, else we won't be able to contact you!)

Position applied for

Any RPG experience you may or may not have (certainly, we don't require that you have it!)

Your character's name

Your character's race (Human, Vulcan, Romulan etc. (Androids and ex-Borg considered))

Your character's age

Your character's sex (If not obvious)
