Welcome to AP Biology
AP Biology is a challenging introductory college level Biology course. It is designed for all high
school students dedicated to learning and experiencing Biology in greater depth and detail. This AP Biology course includes
twelve required AP labs that are revised periodically by the College Board.
Students are expected to make a commitment
to the course by increasing study time and improving study habits. The course requires original thought and techniques for problem
solving. All reports, projects and presentations are presented in a professional format based on content, organization and communication
of research, observations, analysis and experience. The AP Biology course includes the AP course description, Campbell's Biology
textbook 6th ed., and the College Board Advanced Placement Biology Laboratory Manual.
