Centaur

Str
Generally useless, only purpose to meet equipment requirements.
Especially those newly reborned that cannot wear their AOD or +10 stuff

Agi
Centaur is fastest character compared to other classes of same lvl/built/equip. Generally not needed except for pk purpose.
Thus, normal lame pple choose 4 sta built
Grats, u have superb hp. Reaching 100k hp at lvl 100 is not a dream. Your MP is miserable and u should pray that your heal IV dont get to lvl 10 or 11. Drain and frail is your worse nightmare. A light blue/dark blue rank centaur with full sta built is just a sitting duck waiting to be slaughtered when frailed and drained. Having 100k hp and 0 mp isnt going to do your party any good.
So, pple develope the 3 sta 1 int built
If u are adding the extra int for blizzard damage, it still makes sense. If you are adding the int for mp, forget it. MP per INT is based on total INT of your character. So at miserable INT lvl, adding another 100 int (from 100 lvls) is not going to give u even 5k mp. Heal II 10 needs 5.3k mp to cast. Adding this 1 int per lvl for MP is a waste of points since you cannot even cast another heal II with it.
Or, the full int built/ 1 sta 3 int built
Superb blizzard damage, superb low life. More like a mage than a cent. Try this built only if u have superb survivor equips such as the HP necklace AOD or dodge Heavenly Armor. Or you only plan to blizzard and not heal the team.

Borg

Str
For 1v1 pk purpose, especially the male ones. Male borg with good enhance and high strength can give you nightmares during 1v1 pk. Even more for reborned borgs with berserk, critical amd pierce bonus. However, 1v1 pk is just for fun and not applicable for guild wars or quests, so not many pple put strength. Of cos, str is also needed for equipment requirements for AODs

Agi
Ideal speed for a borg will be not faster than a cent (so that cent can revive you and you wont miss turn) yet faster than a mage (so that you can drain before the mage cast their beautiful fireworks).
Full agi borgs exist in this world too, for guild wars and pks where they drain you dry before you finished typing OMGWTF

Sta
Not much to say, u need this to survive. How much up to u.

Int
Not much pple put int, as most pple only rely on drain iv 9 max. However if you are planing to use drain iv 10 or 11, u need some int or heavy MP equips such as old bangle of mp +9, MP necklace +3 or MP essense in boots

Mage

Str
For AODs and nothing else

Agi
Extinct superb weapons require agi to use. Example will be 93 speed wpn
Else raising agi is solely for pk/war purpose, where u wish to move before your opponent

Sta/Int built
Full int gives you superb damage with miserable life. Of cos, it is the centaur role to keep faggot mage alive to cast his fireworks. Full Int is very prone to free tele though. There are mobs with auto repel, such as lizards in defender quest, fog spirits in bone desert. How nice it will be when u cast your flash IV, all the mobs die, and u die of repel. Or, when a poisoned drowcrusher managed to kill you and die of poison. Too bad, free tele. So some pple go for 1 sta/3 int built. Of cos, this gives you slightly more hp, but your damage can never be compared to full int built.
The more HP you have, the less damage you deal. Opportunity cost theory. Every point you put in sta means 1 point less in int and vice versa.

Human

Str
As usual, for 1v1 pk and equip requirements

Int
Generally not needed unless u wish to keep casting IV 10/11 even under drain/frail

Full Agi built
You rocks, for certain quests and pk only. In war, the human that casts first generally will have the last laugh, unless you miss most of the targets. Even if opponents have resist, it doesnt matter. If he has stun, he wont have chaos, and worst come to worst u frail him. Agi humans are meant for certain quests such as hurricanes and high lvl existent where you chaos/hypo/stun them before they do the same to your team.
Flaws? There are some mobs that still move faster than full agi humans Example drowlord. Full agility humans even with sta set wont have 40k hp, w/o AOD. A drain from the wild lizard, plus a 30k melee damage from a swamp lizard means KO. Drain will certainly hit the human since he is fastest. U need superb anti melee set to survive the melee attack or superb dodge. Probabilty that none of the swamp lizards whack you = 0.9 X 0.9 X 0.9 = 0.73. Means 27% of the time, a team with a full agi human is gonna free tele. Of cos, your team may be pro enough that even though the human died before hypo/chaosing the black dragon, they still survive and win. But then, such a team wont need you anyway, they might as well sack you and get another borg/mage Full agi humans are fast, sometimes too fast. So fast that if you using slow retarded pets like SG or santa, they can heal/pot you for first few rounds, but after 4th or 5th round, u gonna miss your turn. So pets are limited. Also, at low lvl, you die and die and die easily, unless you are plvling yourself, no one will. No one with a sane mind will want a dead human for blython defender, drow etc, where your sole contribution is to be target board.

Full sta built
Yeah, you are fat, and useless too if you dont have superb resist set. Else wherever you go, you are chaosed/stunned etc before you can bark. But then, even if your have good resist, does your whole team have too? Whats the point if your whole team chaosed except you. Also even if you are anti chaos, you cant be anti stun and frail at same time
1-124 human:
12 to all from lvl
10 to all from max reborn
3 grade 13 stun in armor
3 grade 13 chaos in helm
Ordain warden +5 gives 25 to chaos, stun, hypo
Left 1 necklace to choose stun/chaos or asura charm
Even with the best equips, you cannot be immune to both stun and chaos, not to say frail and hypo

So the 3 agi 1 sta built
Fast, yet not the fastest. You will certainly be chaosed/stunned by full agi human as well. Higher chance of survival in quests though, since you will still be faster than skeletal in exist and have decent hp to survive drowlord.
Conclusion: What built is best? None
Opportunity Cost concept: Every point you put in sta = 1 point less in 1 of the others. Every hp u gain = less damage for mage, less mp for cent, less speed for human. Highest hp = best? Fastest human = best?
The best build is the build you are happy with
