Hello..my name is Robert. Welcome to my website! I was born and bred in Marysville, California which is located 50 miles or so north of Sacramento in the northern valley.
In 1976 I moved to the northern coast of California to a town named Fort Bragg (no there is no fort here-that's on the other coast)! It was named after an old army post back in the 1800's. I worked for a logger skidding logs that first summer and then went to work in the mill that winter where I stayed for 25 years.
The mill site runs along the full length of the town along the Pacific ocean (there is a picture of it on the pictures page) and is approximately 440 acres in size.
Through the years there have been many changes and more downsizing (frown) and now we have went through closure. I severed on October 11,2002 (there were over 1100 when I started!)
I have since relocated to Citrus Heights, California and I began trade school learning computer technology December 16,2002 but with the economy the way it is there were no jobs when I completed the course. I began working at the Thunder Valley Casino in July of 2003. I worked my way up through the ranks and am now a floor slot tech on the graveyard shift.
My interests include the internet, playing guitar, and riding my motorcycle which is now a Yamaha Vstar 650 custom. I have went from small bikes (450 Rebel) to large fast heavy bikes (Yamaha 1300 FJR) and now I am back to where I belong in a smaller class where the weight suits me best.
