Rhoda Elizabeth Patterson married Burse Forman, 12-24-1919. Both Rhoda and Burse died young. He died when my mother-in-law was 7 years old of black lung disease. He was a coal miner in Alabama. Rhoda died when my mother-in-law was 14, of cancer. Rhoda and Burse had 7 children to live to adulthood.
