You are not requested to bring all listed below. Bring as you think you'll need.

Necessity

Trekking shoes Good comfortable pair. Not brand new pair, you won't want to experience discomfort throughout the climb.
Jacket /  Water-proof wind jacket  
Raincoat only if you have a water-proof jacket (optional)
Medium / small backpack / belt pouch for carrying necessity while trekking up to the peak
Handy torchlight / headlamp + batteries necessary for night climb
Candles + Matches / lighter necessary backup in case of power failure (optional)
Slipper optional
Camera & Films  
Handphones optional
Gloves water-proof / gardening gloves
Sleeping bag & air pillow  
Whistle safety use

Enough T-shirts Plan it yourself for day and night use. But at least 3. Please wrap one in plastic bag.
Long sleeve shirt / sweatshirt plan it yourself according to your own temperature tolerance
Thermal underwear useful, bring along if you have
Short / long  pants practical for trekking during the first stretch /  sleep, night climb
Underwear  
Towels  
Socks at least 3 good pairs

High energy food / bars e.g. chocolate, glucose
Instant coffee / tea 3 in 1 you will find it useful at 11,000 feet (optional)

Beers / hard liquors if you think u need it to keep warm, but optional if you are married and have a sleeping partner :)
Biscuits / tidbits / sandwiches  
Water / isotonic drink

Medical
Please report your medical history to project leader / appointed doctor early so that we can arrange your medical needs.
First Aid Kit Will be catered for by appointed doctor, but if you have your own preference of needs, please bring along.
Plasters handy for possible small cuts and wounds
Heat oil For possible muscle pain.
Please bring along those you are used to. Some heat oil will cause rashes to sensitive skin.
Motion sickness pills / "minyak kapak" only for those application
Vitamin C / echinacea lozenges practical for those catch cold easily
Knee / ankle / elbow / wrist / waist / thigh / shin / calf
guard / support / protector
If you have been using any of the mentioned, or you have any injuries on any of the body parts mentioned, please bring along whatever support/guard/protector you have been using or need.
Please do not forget and know your body.
Please do enough exercise prior to the climb.
Asthmatic / heart problem please consult your doctors

Contact lenses saline For those contact lenses wearers. If possible, wear spectacles, save your trouble.

Enough cash  
Enough plastic bags For keeping wet & smelly socks and cloths.
Good quality plastic bags (e.g. black rubbish bag) might be useful to line backpack; store valuables (e.g. camera) during the climb.
Enough cigarettes & lighter(s) For those smoking. And please bring along ashtray for your ashes. Trek It Clean .. remember ?
Walkman, tapes, batteries entertainment purpose (optional)
