Friday night was a West only mixer at the Plattview country club. Mr Kratina was invited and attended. The night got wild after two classmates "borrowed" golf carts and took them for a spin in the dark. There was a lot of squealing as people caught up with each other. A great time was had by all.
Saturday night was held at the Embassy Suites. The night was an East/West combo evening. Cocktails started at 5 pm and dinner was at 6pm. Dinner was a separate event with each class eating together with their own programming and games. We played a video that the committee had put together that included pictures from our yearbooks and candids borrowed from classmates. After the games and videos were done the wall was pushed back and the party got started. We all had a great time dancing and catching up with not only our classmates from West, but those we had attended Junior High with. |
