For those who don't know what we are doing, we've sat down and answered some obvious questions.

What is Find it?
It is a website where we list things for people to find, and they find them. After they find what we ask for, results are sent in to the site, where they are posted. The "words" page has the list of words, and below each word is the results people have found. The "people" page shows all of the words specific people have found.

What kinds of things do you find?
The origional idea of this site was to find things where you wouldn't immediately think. Finding a picture of some random flower for "beauty" isn't really that fun. Find things that you normally wouldn't think of, and see how many things each word applies to depending on one's point of view.

Can I find things?
Anyone can find things. Just look on the list, pick a word, find it, and e-mail it in. An explanation for why the word works with your finding may help. Find websites that apply to certain things on the list. Find sounds, find poems, take photographs if you have a really good idea. Anything that can be shown (to everyone) on the internet will work.

So about this list...?
That was a terrible question, but I want to talk about my list! See, the list is made up of things I think of, things that my friends want to see found, and things you want to see found. Make a list, and we'll pick parts of it to add to our list.

You didn't post my (insert thing-to-find)!!! I hate you!
Did we just give up on phrasing things as questions?
I can't post everything that is sent to me. I don't have the time, the webspace, or the patients to do it. Plus, sometimes I have specific things I won't allow for certain words. I'm a picky webmaster, and if I think you found something that was just too obvious, too easy, or even too out there, I won't post it. If you want to argue your point, and really want me to post something that you think I might not, you had better convince me in your e-mail.
