Aim:
> To get as many points as possible through scoring goals.

General play:
> No player may hit the ball with their feet. If a player does it consitutes as a foul. The exception is if a player of the opposition rebounds it off the feet of the player during a goal attempt (see 'getting points').
> Players can run with the ball, throw the ball or hit the ball (except with the feet) on all four sides of the goal area.
> The winning team are either a) the team who gets the most points in a given time, or b) the first team to reach a given number of points (aprox 20 points is recommended).

Starting postions:
> To start play, one team begins with the ball 10m out from the left goal corner into their half. Players on the same team can distribute themselves as they wish, but only in their own half.
> The other team start on the goal line and cannot cross until the first throw is made by the other team.
> A goal attempt can only be made after two passes (player 1 --> player 2 --> player 3 who can then rebound off another player). If less than two passes are made, then a false start has been made. Two false starts leads to the other team starting with the ball in start positions (see image below for start positions).

Tackling and contact:
> Players can pull the ball out of each others hands as long as hands are on the ball (not on top of the defending players' hands).
> Players can hold on to each other.
> Players can rugby tackle each other.
> Players can intercept throws and passes.
> Players are allowed to throw the ball at other players (excluding the face which constitutes a foul).
N.B. Scratching, arm twisting, kicking, kneeing, head-butting, or other violent play towards players constitutes a foul.

Fouls:
> Violent playing such as those noted above results in a foul.
> Players using their feet results in a foul.
> A player from the opposing team gains possession of the ball from the point of foul, and player continues as normal.

Getting Points:
> Goals are scored by players rebounding the ball of another player.
> One team scores through one side of the goal, the other through the opposite side.
> 1 point = the ball is rebounded off a player on the same team.
> 2 points = the ball is rebounded off a player of the opposition.

> The thrower and rebounder must both be on the throwers side for a goal to be valid.
> There are no 'own goals' is this game.
> Play continues unless there is a goal. In the event of a goal, play resumes in the start postions with the team who scored beginning with the ball.
> See figures below for full explanation.
