"Shipping"
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail by the United Postal Service. This guarantees 2-3 day shipping to most of the Continental U.S. If you prefer UPS(United Parcel Service)to receive your packages please contact us additional shipping costs maybe required. If your order is large and shipping box is over-sized UPS Ground will be used to ship your order.
Current Shipping Rates:
Flat rate of $5.75 for one Piggy Bank. $2.00 for each additional piggy bank

"Return Policy"
RETURN POLICY: Because our products are to order, we cannot accept items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e. spelling errors). All returns and/or exchanges must be made with in 45 days of receipt. Product must be returned in new condition in their original packaging. ALL RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
You may cancel your order if personalization has not yet begun by calling or emailing us. Painting begins within 24 hours upon receipt of order. We will do our best to cancel your order within that time.
All discrepancies must be reported upon receipt of merchandise. Not to do so will forfeit your rights to claim. We accept returns for merchandise that is company defective or damage. All returns must be company approved with a return authorization. Returns without authorization numbers on outside of package will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any incoming package that is sent without insurance.
