Carlos Fighetti
Carlos Fighetti has been growing orchids for over 25 yearsspecializing in Phals and other genera that grow in intermediate conditions.
He has received over 75 AOS awards including three FCC’s.
An accredited AOS judge, he is also a Trustee of the AOS and Chair of the Information Committee.
As a past president of the Greater New York Orchid Society for 10 years,
he was also Chairman of the New York International Orchid Show for four years.
Carlos is the founding president of the IPA and is currently a regional director.
He has written several articles for Orchids Magazine
and presented two papers at the World Orchid Congress.
