Economy and cities are being rebuilt. And the USSR is replaced with World Socialist Alliance under the appointed puppet leader Premier Romanov. Premier Romanov seems to be a friendly leader of the harmless organization. But he is using WSA as a front cover to secretly developing powerful military with never before seen technology. Hoping to achieve what Stalin failed to do, united the world under Communism. The growing military and new Communist allies are completely unknown to Ally intelligence. With everything according to plan, Romanov is waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. Then a civil war broke in their province Mexico. Romanov used this as an excuse to send armed force there to prepare for his ambitious plan. Romanov have used their new psychic technology to disable all U.S. nuclear weapons. With nuclear arsenal disabled, U.S. collected its traditional force along with new chrono technology. The war is on! A series of chain reaction immediately followed, 9 countries have declared war on each other. U.S., Great Britain, France, Germany, and Korea are on the ally side.
