Hello, and welcome to the Law page. This page will give some information keying the you into what our laws are in Cowpainium. On this page we will discribe two subjects that need to be adressed. Crime, Terrorism, Murder, and Abortion. On this page, all that Congress has issued about these subjects well be released.

In Cowpainium we have two huge orgainizations that are designed to stop Terrorism, and Murder, which are the CIA (Cowpainium Intelagence Agency) and the CBI (Cowpainium Buro of Investagators) . To help stop Terrorism, and Murder they have come up with a Card system that is given to every citizon, it is impossable to break, and is made form a certain type of metal that is only made from the government, and impossable to manipulate. This card has a code that we inserted in a card scanner it will send information from the manframe Data base at the Government House to the computer where the card was inserted, this will display any information that is need to assist in an arrest or warning on behavior.

To help stop any terrorist we supply temperatry Cards witch are only issued to those who have a non violent case history, these cards will be only good for 6 months, when these temperate cards are expired, the CIA will print out a list of the address and name of the people who's Cards expired, then they will take them to get them reissued or deport them.

Why you ask that we want all citizons to have these cards? Well with these cards we can find Theifs, criminals, and will be able to solve a Murder in a matter of 2 days. How you ask? Well this is how, the card that is issued has a GPS signal to all the peoples cards, and what we do is if one is murdered we scan the card for the last GPS signal that was responded, what I mean is when the last different GPS signal was changed. This GPS signal is stored in a Data base that holds are your GPS signals for about 2 months before they start to delete them selfs. When we find a dead body we id them then check there GPS signal and time of that signal, then we match it up with others at that time and we should find the same if not with in 5 feet of the signal. Boom we found a sucpect or at least an eyewitness. This signal also works very well on missing people, we will be able to find the body Dead or Alive with in 2 hours. If that isn't great nothin is.

In Cowpainium there are Two laws that involve Abortion. First of all Abortion is a Felony, along with rape, and with a Felony you will be sent to a Jail about 3 miles of the Sourthern coast of Cowpainium for ? of years, then deported, there alowed to go where they want but never back to Cowpainium. Which brings up another thing, if you where raped or given a child that the mother doesn't want, there are adoption areas that take the Child and will be up for adoption. The Child will have full citizonship up to five years, after that if he/she wants to meet there parents, they must prove that they were born in Cowpainium and they will be issued a card up to 6 months, after that all they have to do is so the same paper work and they will be given another 6 month card. One other thing, once the Baby is adopted the new parents have the choice to move to Cowpainium up to 5 years, all that is needed is a background check.
