Welcome to my dragon page. I have always love to read about dragons and one of my favorite author is Anne MacCaffrey. She has a way of bring her people and dragons alive. I worked the dragon at the top on a shirt orginally, but the shirt finally wore out, so I cut it out and glued it to a piece of cardboard.
I've even developed my own dragon and some firelizards. I have a brown dragon named Zanith, and three firelizards a gold named Tish,a bronze Barth and a green named Misty.
One of the stories I made up was about a 4 wheeler. Did you know that a 4 wheeler can float until it turns over? I found out the hard way, I went out to the field to check on the runners. Another thing I learned that day is never leave your four wheeler running. After opening the gate, I moved the four wheeler into the field, then went to close the gate. The firelizards came to keep me company, but they wanted to try out the machine. One of them popped into gear, and the two others balanced on the handle bars and controlled the speed. So now picture a person chasing a four wheeler across the field and then having to wade into the pond to get the machine turned over, so I could get it out of the water, the whole time cussing out tiny dragons acting like this is a fun thing to do.
Another story I like to tell is about my big brown, Zanith. We live near an Air Force Base, that have big planes that fly out all the time. One day I wondered what the pilots reaction would be, if a large brown dragon came to visit them when they fly around. I figured there would be some really startled men, trying to explain why their plane suddenly dipped really wildly in the air. I just figured I'd have to have Zanith fly at night and not get in they're way. I wouldn't want someone to take pot shots at my dragon.
