This is the dbz story line

dragonball:  It first starts out with a saiyen named goku. he was sent to earth by his people to destroy all inhabitants. Goku fell off a cliff, hit his head, and forgot what he was doing. A guy named gohan found him and raised him to be a fighter. Goku then met Krillin, Yamcha, Bulma, Master Roshi, Ox King, and Chi-Chi. Goku later marries Chi-Chi. Most of them are searching for the dragon balls.

                                                           DRAGONBALLZ

       Time has past gohan has past away, krillin, yamcha, and Goku have become great fighters. Goku has married Chi-Chi, and had a son named Gohan ( after the person who found Goku). All seems well until a saiyen named Radditz comes to Earth in search of another saiyen named Kakerot. After a long search Radditz finds Goku and Piccolo. Although piccolo and Goku are rivals, they are forced to fight this mighty saiyen together. It was a long battle, but Piccolo managed to hit Radditz with his makkensappo (also known as special beam cannon) but killed Goku as well. Piccolo then told the dying Radditz about the Dragon balls power. Radditz sent the info using his scouter to Nappa and Vegita, 2 more very strong saiyens.
          1 year soon passes, Piccolo has trained Gohan, While Kami has trained Yamcha, Tein, Chatzu, Krillin, and Yajerobe, Goku is training up at king kai's place, and the saiyens have arrived. Nappa first plants saibamen. 1 manages to kill yamcha by exploding on his back. Krillin, enraged by his friends death manages to kill all but 1 .Nappa then decides to fight the Z fighters. He then kills Tein and Chatzu. Nappa then goes on to attack the rest, but Vegita, confident that Goku will not show up, gives the fighters 3 hours to wait for Goku. Time passes and still no sign of goku. Nappa then attacks. Vegita picks up a power level of 5,000 and orders Nappa to finish them off. Nappa targets a beam a Gohan but Piccolo sacrifices himself by jumping in front of the beam. Piccolo then dies. Goku then shows up, but will Goku be able to take on Nappa and Vegita? 

            Namek saga: Goku has beaten Nappa and spared Vegita. But vegita has not been taught a lesson. Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma arrive on Namek only to find Vegita, Frieza, and his henchmen searching for the dragon balls too. Mean while back on Earth, Goku has finally recovered form the fight and heads over to Namek. About half way into the saga vegita has collected 4 Dragon balls, gohan and Krillin 2, and Frieza 1. Eventually Frieza collects all of them but the dragon will not appear. He goes over to Guru's to find out why. Nail finds him challenges him, and reveals Dende has told the password to Gohan and Krillin. Mean while Goku gets beaten up by Ginyu, and is in the healing tank. Gohan and Krillin wish piccolo back to life then to be transported to Namek. Vegita arrives and says he wants immortality. Guru then dies and the dragon balls turn to stone.

             Frieza than arrives and challenges Vegita. Vegita was beating him up until Frieza transforms. Piccolo then arrives, and whips Frieza so much Frieza has to transforms again. The rest is basically: Frieza whips piccolo. Piccolo is healed by Dende. Frieza transforms one last time. Vegita challenges Frieza then gets killed. Goku arrives and kicks Frieza. Frieza powers up to 50% of his true power. Goku gets the crap beaten out of him. Goku lands a BIG spirit bomb on Fireza. Frieza lives. Frieza kills Krillin, and injures Piccolo. Goku turns super saiyen. Goku beats up Frieza, Frieza goes 100%. Goku kills Frieza. Or did he?? Namek explodes. Every one is wished back (Chaitzu, Yamcha, Tien, and Krillin) They try to wish back Goku but Shenron (the Earth Dragon) says he is alive and does not want to come home right now.

Sorry I really don't want to do the Garlic Jr. saga ( it is really dull,) unless some one will be kind enough to send me the story it will not go up:( 

Trunks saga: Time passes nothing happens, except Frieza survived!!! He is now teamed up with his dad King Cold. Both are coming to Earth to have revenge agenst Goku. When they land a strange kid with purple hair who claims to be a super saiyen arrives, and kills all of Frieza's men with his sword. He then turns Super Saiyen, and Kills both Frieza and his dad. Every one meets him. The kid says Goku will arrive in three hours. Three hours pass. Goku arrives. The kid attacks Goku with his sword. Goku easily blocks it with his finger. The kid stops fighting and reveals his name is trunks and is the son of Bulma and Vegita. He is also from the future. He tells Goku that in three years androids will invade the earth, killing everyone (except a few) He also tells Goku that he will die of a heart failure. He gives Goku the medicine, and tells him not to say any thing to any one or he may not be born. Goku keeps his promise, but in the back Piccolo over hears everything. Every one begins training for the androids. 

Android saga: Three years pass. Every has trained hard and are looking for the androids. Yamcha was lucky enough to find both android 19 and 20. 20 puts a big hole in Yamcha. Goku and every one else (Tien, Krillin, Gohan, and Piccolo) eventually find the androids. Goku turns Super Saiyen. Both androids never expected to fight a super saiyen. 19 and Goku start fighting. Goku gains the upper hand, until his power starts to fade away. Even a senzu bean could not heal him. Next 19 beats up Goku, then starts absorbing his energy through his hands when Vegeta arrives! Vegeta turns super saiyen for the first time, then gives a little speech... He then wallops 19 and demands to fight 20. 20 runs away, and every one starts looking for him, meanwhile Yamcha has taken Goku home where he gets the medicine for the virus. 20 finds Piccolo and decides to steal his energy. He gets some but Gohan comes and kicks him off. Piccolo gets a senzu bean and starts fighting 20. Piccolo is really beating him up. Trunks arrives and says those aren't the androids he knows! Bulma arrives and 20 destroys her plane. 

      Every one goes over to help. Piccolo tells Gohan to take her home. Meanwhile 20 is on the run to activate 17 and 18. 17 and 18 are woken up and kills 20. They then activate another 16. Vegeta says he wants to take on 18 himself, but that turns out to be a disaster. 18 block every punch, every kick, and every beam Vegeta dishes out at her. She then breaks his arm and every one but Krillin goes to help Vegeta. Every one is beaten up. 18 gives Krillin a kiss then goes off to find Goku. 

Cell saga: Every one recovers and decides to take Goku to master Roshi's. Vegeta goes off to train. Bulma makes a weird discovery. She finds a picture of a second time capsule. Gohan, Bulma, and Trunks go to investigate and find a weird shell, and a tank like shell. Bulma takes the shell back to capsule corp. Piccolo merges with Kami...
