Team Liddell
et al
and Liddesdale
Genetic Studies
This is the mtDNA Portion of the Study
This Chart Displays Test Results Received To Date For Both Female and Male Participants In the Team's
Two mt/DNA Studies: Team Liddell et al DNA/mtDNA
and Liddesdale DNA/mtDNA
Since males can be tested
for both mtDNA as well as Y-DNA, both genders are included in this portion
of our two Studies. Please note that mtDNA is not dependant on a
surname for its identity because it can be transmitted beyond the first
generation of descendants only through female lines. That is, a
mother's mtDNA will pass to her sons but they cannot pass it to the next
generation.
No Longer Separated by
Oceans and Centuries
If you believe that you have discovered a match between
your test results and those of others, please click here
(Tested) and leave a message.
Be sure to mention your own kit
number and the one(s) of interest to you. Team Liddell et al will
arrange correspondence if this is acceptable to both parties.
The "Team..et al" Study
uses only the most senior genetic tests offered by FamilyTreeDNA and is
applicable to USA areas only, whereas the "Liddesdale" Study is available
only in non-USA areas and accepts both the least-costly FTDNA tests and
the most senior ones. Please write
TeamLiddell@Yahoo.com
or visit one of the following addresses if you would like to
participate in one of the Studies:
