I've decided to hold a
contest every month. The contest will be announced on the 21st of the
proceding month and the closing date will be the last date of the month.
For example, October's contest will be announced on the 21st of September and
entries can be submitted up until October 31st. If you want, you can enter
more than once ^_^ Just be creative!
