My wing is now out of the jig and sitting on sawhorses.  This is my cramped shop, one side of a two-car garage.  I have to share with my wife's minivan.  Very interesting working conditions.
Lining up the flap and aileron.  I haven't really done any precise fitting at this point -- just a rough first fit.  You can probably see which method I chose to align the flaps and ailerons.
Here is a detail of my fuel tank.  Can you see the interesting rivet pattern I used around the fuel filler cap?
Ribs disappear into infinity.......  I am using the black corrugated plastic tubing as a wiring conduit
Here is a detail of my aileron bellcrank assembly. Take a look at the interior metals, it's time to play "Name That Primer!"
Hmmm....I know these darn flaps fit on here somehow.....
