Humidity

Humidity for snails is extreamely important. To much and they drown, to little, they'll eventually dry out and die.

Keeping their house slightly damp is very easy. Make sure they have a only a slightly damp substrate, meaning just damp enought not to be dry anywhere. If it starts to dry out a little simply mist it with a new mist/spray bottle. Only mist the substrate and never the walls.
