These are groups that I have perfomed with.
I am currently playing in Atlanta's own sleeping god. If you are a bass player looking for a professional, rocking band, please e-mail me at ckorch@hotmail.com.
Three Guys - 1991 to 1992
Personnel: Charlie Korch - Drums Mike Todd - Bass Eddy Zakk - GuitarI had been playing on and off with these guys from 1985-1990. Other members came and went, but the nucleus mutated into Three Guys (for lack of a better name) in 1991. We played a combination of original and cover songs in the jazz-fusion realm. After a short period of playing at clubs such as the Bitter End in NYC this band became a vehicle for Eddy Zakk's great playing and became SWIVELHEAD. Eddie has sice gone on to become a member of SEVEN AND THE SUN. Check them out at the Seven and the Sun webpage. |

Innuendo - 1992 to 1993 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Personnel: Charlie Korch - Acoustic & Electronic Drums, Backing Vocals Keith Kukla - Guitar, Backing Vocals Conrad Mir - Keyboards, Backing Vocals Lou Gomez - Bass (1992) Paul Coehlo - Bass, Backing Vocals (1992-1993) Keith Valpone - Lead VocalsThis band started out as a cover band, and eventually turned into an all original group. The genre of music that was being created would best be called commercial hard rock. This band was rather successful locally (New Jersey) and in NYC. Lead singer Keith Valpone is now known as SEVEN of SEVEN AND THE SUN. Check them out at the Seven and the Sun webpage. |

Blindsight - 1993 to 1994
Personnel: Charlie Korch - Acoustic & Electronic Drums, Backing Vocals Steve Falco - Guitars, Backing Vocals Marc Smith - Bass Sylvia Torres - Vocals, KeyboardsThe members of this band were not only great musicians, but some of my best friends. This band was most closely identified as having a progressive metal sound (similar to that of Queensryche, and Dream Theater). Marc and Steve have started a new band. Check them out at the Soulfist webpage. |

58K - 1994 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Personnel: Charlie Korch - Acoustic & Electronic Drums Chris Rudo - Bass John Gleeson - Vocals Joey Herr - Guitar Steve Cunniff - KeysI was more of a side man in this project, but it was none the less a great experience. This band had a good following, and talented musicians, but I was occupied with another project (Cry Mercy) at the time, and this band was too talented to use a temporary drummer for too long. This band was an original hard rock group, and played the New Jersey club and shore scene. This band has since unfortunately broken up. |

Joe Brack Band/Cry Mercy - 1994 to 1995
Personnel: Charlie Korch - Drums, Backing Vocals Joe Brack - Lead Vocals, Guitar Mike Schall - Bass T.J. Lewis - Guitar Dan Tramin - Keyboards, Backing VocalsCommercial Hard Rock would best describe this band. All members were at the top of their game, and great guys. Unfortunately, I moved to Atlanta and had to leave the group. Singer/Songwriter Joe Brack has gone on to become a successful solo artist. Check him out at JoeBrack.com |
