The original site at which I downloaded this theme, AJ's Desktop Themes, is no longer running. I have searched around and have found nothing as good as the one he had.

Oasis Destop Theme

Remember you need Win95 to use this theme. Also, to get full use of the theme, you will need Microsoft Plus. This program is available at most software stores or go to The Microsoft Home Page for more info.
